How to choose the cheapest Gatwick South Terminal Parking?

Used to just rocking up to official Gatwick Airport parking on the day and paying as you enter? Perfectly understandable as you just want to relax and enjoy your holiday; however, by using Airport Parking Shop and a tiny bit of planning, you can save money and perhaps find an option better suited to you.

A comparison: Turning up at the official South Terminal Short Stay costs £70.00 a day (for every day you park). Our lowest price last week was £40.39 for a 7-day stay.

Why aren't all the answers on this page? Excellent question. We could fill this section for parking options at the South Terminal with loads of content about the intricacies of parking here versus the North Terminal, but the truth is that would be a waste of digital paper.

Most of the parking options at Gatwick serve both terminals. For example, the third party Park & Ride providers — APH, Cophall, Purple Parking, I Love and Maple — have one car park and a shuttle that drops at both terminals. The same Meet & Greet operators pretty much pick up from both terminals too.

The main differences per terminal are the official choices with a separate Short Stay and Long Stay for each one — plus Mid Stay, which is only at the North Terminal. That’s it: you just need to remember to book Short Stay North if you want the closest option.
