Once you've used the quote form to run a quote, you'll see a list of results. You can find out more information about the car park and read reviews by clicking the "info" button. Once you've made your decision, you can click the "book" button which will take you to the site of the provider you have chosen. Here you can complete your booking and pay. Once this is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email.
A booking confirmation is sent to you by email almost immediately. You should have one from the supplier you booked with or from Airport Parking Shop depending on where you made your payment, with full instructions for the car park. You can print this email and use it as your parking voucher. If you made your payment on our website and have not received a confirmation email you can resend it in the Manage My Booking portal. If you still have not received it, please contact us so we can assist further.
In most cases, unless your booking is a super saver, non-flexible or non-refundable option, you should be able to amend or cancel it up to 24 hours before the booked arrival time but a fee may apply. See our suppliers' rules on amendments and cancellations here and check with them for the most up-to-date terms and conditions. If you booked and paid through Airport Parking Shop and you booked a refundable car park, you can also cancel your booking in the Manage Booking area.

We make it possible to pre-book online at over 550 different car parks at 31 different locations around the UK. We use our own quote engine to select the best rates from the biggest parking providers in the UK - APH, BCP, Essential Travel, Holiday Extras, FHR, Park and Go, Purple Parking & Skyparksecure. We are impartial, so you can choose the one that's best for you based on location, price, car park security or availability. If you have a problem with a specific car park, it's best you contact the provider directly who can deal with your complaint.
We work with many different providers in order to give our customers the widest range of airport parking deals to choose from. When you choose to book through Airport Parking Shop, the provider of the car park booked will pay us a small amount of money called commission. This is at no extra cost to the customer and does not change the price of the parking in any way.
Airport parking companies charge from midnight on a 24 hour basis. The charge made by the car park is per whole or part day, regardless of your time of arrival.
The most up-to-date directions to the car park can be found in the confirmation email after you've booked. However, you can also find directions and arrival information on each page about the car park on our website. Just click the "info" button on the results, or browse to the car park from the relevant airport page.
Our car park reviews are submitted from customers who have booked airport parking through us. If you have booked through Airport Parking Shop, once you have returned from your trip you'll receive an email from us asking for a review of the car park that you used. This way, our car park reviews only represent the experiences of people who we can verify have used the car park. All of our car park reviews are subject to our review policy.

This is the price that the car parking company charges if you arrive on the day and pay there and then. This price is usually a huge amount more expensive than booking in advance and they can change this at any time, which is why we recommend saving money and having peace of mind by booking in advance.
These car parks are usually the closest you can park to the terminal and are often within walking distance. They are often very expensive and only really designed for a couple of hours - beyond a day's parking and they become very, very expensive!
Aimed at those going away for at least a few days, these car parks can be run by the airport or by car parking companies. They usually require a bus to get from the car park to the terminal. Depending on the car park, you will either park the car yourself and keep your keys, or you'll leave the keys with the car park attendants who will store your car safely.
This is the option for you if you want a smooth journey either end of your trip - you'll drop your car off at an appointed area near the terminal, and the car park operators will meet you with the car when your flight lands on your return journey.

Another way of saying Park and Ride - these usually refer to off-airport car parks.
This is a great option if you've got an early flight. You can book a hotel deal that will come with the parking required for your trip away. Sometimes this is at the hotel itself, or sometimes it's a deal that's partnered with a nearby off-airport car park. You might see these deals advertised as “Park and Fly”.
