The car park is located ca. 2-3 away from the airport.
Drive to the car park on arrival. On return your car will be brought to your return terminal short stay car park so you can drive straight home.
Transfers from airport
Transfers to the airport are included in the price and take 2-3 minutes. Transfers on your return are not required as you will be met at the terminal short stay car park.
Directions
Driving directions to the car park:
Leave M23 Motorway at junction 9 signposted Gatwick Airport. Go straight over first roundabout signposted Redhill A23. At the next roundabout take 4th exit towards Redhill A23 and at the next roundabout take the 1st exit past the Esso Garage in Povey Cross Road. The car park is in a secured area in the grounds of the Travelodge hotel which is the 3rd entrance on the left with green fencing. Follow the fence until you locate the gated entrance on the left. Pull up to the gate and press the intercom giving your name and the staff will open the gate for you.
Arrival procedure
On arrival at the car park, please drive through the gates, turn left and then pull straight ahead in to the customer parking area just outside the reception building. Unload and take your bags to the bus stop, then check in at reception. The minibus, which runs on demand, will then transfer you to the terminal.

Return procedure
The car park are able to provide a fast and efficient service for all of their clients so please collect all of your luggage, clear customs and only when you are in the arrivals hall call 01293 824221 (option 1) to have your car delivered. Please ensure you proceed to the collection area immediately to prevent other clients being kept waiting.
South Terminal:
You need to return to the short stay car park 3, level 2 - the entrance is just outside the arrivals corridor. Your car will be delivered to you here and a driver will hand you a pre-paid exit ticket. You will also need to leave the car park promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once they have handed your vehicle back. Emergency number: 07805 927969.
North Terminal:
You need to return to the short stay car park just outside the terminal doors - car park 5 - ground floor. Your car will be delivered to you here and a driver will hand you a pre-paid exit ticket. You will also need to leave the car park promptly to prevent any extra fees being incurred once they have handed your vehicle back. Emergency number: 07805 927969.
Security
The storage compound has CCTV, security fencing and barriers. It has been awarded Park Mark award for security.
Additional information
The car park does not accept licensed taxis, both private hire or hackney carriages.

Pleasure to deal with. Polite professional staff and all done in a timely manner. My car was filthy when i left it at the carpark. A nice touch would have been a courtesy wash but thats just my wishful thinking there was no reason to expect it to be done. All in all great service would definitely use again.

Dreadful service. Landed at Gatwick, called the number to have our car meet us for over an hour. No answer, called the “emergency mobile” switched off. Had to pay for a taxi to get to the Bubble office to find our car. Apparently phone lines were down (a staff member could have called us from a mobile) would never use again.

Dropped off the car - five minutes transfer to the South terminal was immediate. Driver was polite and charming. Upon our return, we phoned to arrange for the car to be dropped off to us. By the time we had cleared customs, the car was there waiting for us - would highly recommend!
