Before I could print out the confirmation page my computer crashed. What should I do?
Don't worry, a booking confirmation is sent to you by email almost immediately. You have to print this email and use it as your parking voucher.
I haven't received a confirmation of my booking by email. What should I do?
Whenever a booking is successful, a booking confirmation is sent to you by email almost immediately. You have to print this email and use it as your parking voucher. If you haven't received this confirmation, then something went wrong during your booking. Typing in an incorrect email address during your booking might cause this. Please contact the supplier you booked with and they will be able to resend the confirmation and advise you further. You will find their contact details here.
Can I amend or delete my booking if I decide not to travel?
In most cases, unless your booking is a super saver, non-flexible or non-refundable option, you should be able to amend or cancel it up to 24 hours before the booked arrival time but a fee may apply. See our suppliers' rules on amendments and cancellations here and check with them for the most up-to-date terms and conditions.
How do I get to the airport from the car park?
All car parks available through Airport Parking Shop have free transport to and from the airport if necessary. A lot of the on-airport car parks are within walking distance of the terminal so in these cases, no transfers are required.
