It states 'on demand transfers' on its site but despite giving them 3 hours notice, and alerting them to the fact I had an 11-year old boy with me who'd just cycled 120 miles, they said they couldn't give us a transfer, and stopped responding to emails. Appalling customer service and a complete dereliction of professional duty. Avoid at all costs.

Used this service 26 August 2018 returning 7 days later. Staff friendly and helped unload car and transport to ship was quick. On arrival at port there were 2 minibuses waiting driver took our cases and loaded up and we were soon back at our car. Excellent service and would use again

Really really good experience - super friendly helpful staff and very good value for money. even got a commentry about Dover historic sights from Driver. Thank you for waiting for the extra 30minutes it took for P&O to remember the 8 or so foot passengers on board and to open the doors. Would highly recommend400

We were unsure if we should take a ticket or not at the barrier when we entered the carpark, but we pressed the help button and the Barrier lifted. The same happend when we left the car park, so all was well, but felt it could have been made clearer in the instructions we were given. Apart from that, it was very very easy way to park.

My wife, son and daughter in law arrived at the parking place and were immediately shown to a people carrier and our luggage was transferred before leaving for the Holland America Cruise liner at the Port of Dover. The driver was efficient and pleasant and the journey took only ten minutes. It was very straight forward to embark the ship. The return journey two weeks later was equally efficient and trouble free. Thank you for a good experience to all concerned.
