Please follow the arrival procedure below.

Arrival procedure

Please call the car park twenty minutes before arriving at your terminal. A uniformed agent will handle the check-in and car movements at Gatwick Airport.

South Terminal:
Follow signs for Short Stay Passenger Pick Up to the Short Term Car Park. Keep in the right hand lane. Then take a ticket at the barrier and drive to 3rd car park Orange Car Park 3 Level 1 Row D & E (Approved operator bays).

North terminal:
As you enter the terminal please follow signs for Short Stay car park and keep in the left hand lane. Take a ticket at the barrier and proceed to Car Park 5 (the first car park on your right). Enter Car park 5 and follow signs for Approved Operators (do not go to the upper levels). When you get to the Approved Operator area park up in an Approved Operator Bay and make yourself known to the Driver.

Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, after your phone call to tell us you are ready for it, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Parks. We politely request that you listen carefully to our telephone controllers when calling to drop off or pick up your car as these instructions may change at short notice due to ongoing work.

Please call the car park once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs to request your vehicle to be returned. The car park will aim to deliver your car within 15-20 minutes at the designated meeting point.

South Terminal:
Please follow signs to Short Term Car Park Orange Car Park Level 1 Row D & E (Approved operator bays) and wait in the safe zone waiting area (lift lobby) until your vehicle is returned. (The same location that you left your car).

Important Health and Safety Notice:
All customers must remain in the safe waiting areas provided within the car parks.


North terminal:
As you exit North terminal customs, please turn right following signs to Exit and Lifts. Go past the lifts and exit the terminal building. Car Park 5 is directly opposite the terminal building and can be seen from the exit doors. Proceed to the Approved meeting point at the ground floor of Car park 5 - Rows B to J to collect your car.

Skypark Super Saver Meet and Greet Gatwick is an Approved Gatwick parking company that offers first rate meet and greet parking services for Gatwick Airport.

The car park is located in close proximity to Gatwick.

The service is operated by Ace Parking who take the hassle out of airport parking by meeting you at the airport within the short stay secure car park in special facilities provided by Gatwick Airport ensuring you can exit from your vehicle in safe, weatherproof surroundings, then meeting you back in the same location when your return flight arrives back to Gatwick.

Vehicle Restrictions:
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Ace Parking prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses or vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

Illegal Vehicles:
It is your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy and legal. If your car is not legal or safe to drive, Ace Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Late Returns:
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.

Early Returns:
If you are returning ahead of schedule, please telephone Ace Parking ASAP. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.

If you are travelling within the next 48 hours and Skyparksecure are closed, please contact the car park IF you have any queries or need to amend your booking.

You will be met at the terminal.

Transfers from airport

Transfers are not applicable as this is a Meet and Greet service.

2nd time using this company ( Maple Manor / Ace Parking/ Agent is Sky Park). First time was generally ok. This last weekend my car has been with them for just 4 days. Returning to airport I called them as soon as I got off plane as I have no luggage to collect. I arrived at car park as instructed and waited a further 35 mins for my car to be delivered despite me being told by 2 separate phone calls that it was on its way. When the car was dropped off it was spotless. 4 days parked with this company and it is totally filthy upon return. very thick dust, sand and cat paw prints all over the car. Extremely rude drivers who clearly don't care about the state of the cars returned or providing a decent level of customer service. In fact they just sit in their cars all the time eating sandwiches. Totally Unprofessional all round. I will def not use this company again !!

Rang company when received luggage as instructed. Was told 20 minutes, waited 30 minutes. Defeats the object of ‘meet And greet’. I could of waited for the coach to the car park in the same time and saved my money!

An effecient way to park at the airport. The process was relatively straightforward. In future, I would call for the car to be returned earlier as it took longer than expected for the car to come back to the airport.

They damaged the car but despite photgraphic evidence refused to accept liability. This is because they are actually only a booking house and their subcontractor takes the car. So they blame them but the subcontractor doesn't accept liability either. Apart from that they were courteous & timely.
