Please follow the arrival procedure below.
You must call the car park and select option 1 ca. 15 minutes prior to your arrival at the terminal so that a driver can be sent to meet you at the terminal.
On arrival, please make sure you follow carefully the directions and arrival instructions to the meeting point at your terminal. You can still call if you need any help on the day of travel (option 2), otherwise please proceed to the dedicated meeting point (details below) where their friendly staff will check your details and the driver will check over and park your car. Please make sure you have your paperwork and/or booking reference ready on arrival so that staff can identify you.
Please stay in the right-hand lane and follow signs for Short Stay and Pick Up. At the Short Stay barriers, take a ticket which you will need to give to your driver, drive in to the Orange Car Park and go up to Level 1. At Level 1 turn right and you will see the Approved Operator Area. Please park in row D or E as near as you can to the lifts and make yourself known to the uniformed Ace staff so that the necessary documentation can be completed with you promptly and you can proceed to check in.

As you enter the North Terminal from the main roundabout, please stay in the right-hand lane for “Drop Off and Hotels”. Keep in the right-hand lane following signs for “hotels” and “Sofitel Hotel”, then keep driving towards the pedestrian traffic lights between the two hotels. Turn right immediately after the traffic lights into the Sofitel Hotel Car Park. Once you reach the Sofitel Hotel Car Park, take a ticket from the barrier and keep it for our driver. Once in the car park, please follow signs for Meet & Greet Operators. When you arrive in the dedicated Meet & Greet area, park in a Meet and Greet bay and look out for the uniformed staff.
Use postcode RH6 0PJ, but only as far as the Main North Terminal Roundabout.
On your return, please call the car park once you have all of your luggage.
Please be aware that if you call for your car and do not collect it within 20 minutes at the meeting point, you will be subject to the Short Stay charges thereafter. If you are returning earlier than the date or time that you booked, please contact Ace Parking (on the number above) 24 hours in advance to avoid any delays.
Please exit the terminal building and follow the signs to the Short Stay Car Park (Orange Car Park). Your Vehicle will be returned to the Approved Operator level in the Orange Car Park, where you’ll meet the uniformed staff with your car.
As you exit North Terminal International Arrivals, please turn right and exit the building. Once outside, cross both roads and keep heading straight ahead between the car parks, under the covered walkway to the main terminal forecourt. Once at the main terminal forecourt, you will see the Sofitel Hotel. Cross the road at the pedestrian lights and bear left through the Sofitel Hotel car park - following signs for Meet & Greet Operators located within the Hotel Car Park. Your car will be returned by our uniformed staff in the Meet and Greet Reception area.
This car park is fully secured and monitored 24 hours a day.
Skypark Super Saver Meet and Greet Gatwick is an Approved Gatwick parking company located in close proximity to Gatwick.
The service is operated by Ace Parking.
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Ace Parking prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses or vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy and legal. If your car is not legal or safe to drive, Ace Parking will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
If you are returning ahead of schedule, please call the car park as soon as possible. They must have 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
If you are travelling within the next 48 hours and Skyparksecure are closed, please contact the car park if you have any queries or need to amend your booking.
The price does not include the Airport Access Fee of £6.00. This is to cover the cost of charges now being levied to all Off Airport Meet & Greet operators for the use of the forecourts at drop-off and new designated collection areas within the short term car parks.
Did exactly as required, ie easy to find and quick check-in, and car waiting on return. Would certainly use again.

Terrible avoid at all costs. Had to call 3 times twice told had no record of call despite me screen shot of calls waited over 45 mins for car return. Quicker to use bus off site parking. Definitely not worth the extra cost.

On our departure we tried to ring as per instructions but no one answered the phone for 30 mins. When they finally answered we were made to wait a further 30 mins before they collected the car when I complained the man on the phone just laughed. On return from our holiday we rang again over 30 mins until someone answered. When they finally picked up we were told we should have phoned! They then threatened to make us get a taxi when we complained. Writing review whilst still waiting for our car, so far since first phone call it has been 40 mins and no car. Do not use.

2nd time using this company ( Maple Manor / Ace Parking/ Agent is Sky Park). First time was generally ok. This last weekend my car has been with them for just 4 days. Returning to airport I called them as soon as I got off plane as I have no luggage to collect. I arrived at car park as instructed and waited a further 35 mins for my car to be delivered despite me being told by 2 separate phone calls that it was on its way. When the car was dropped off it was spotless. 4 days parked with this company and it is totally filthy upon return. very thick dust, sand and cat paw prints all over the car. Extremely rude drivers who clearly don't care about the state of the cars returned or providing a decent level of customer service. In fact they just sit in their cars all the time eating sandwiches. Totally Unprofessional all round. I will def not use this company again !!

Rang company when received luggage as instructed. Was told 20 minutes, waited 30 minutes. Defeats the object of ‘meet And greet’. I could of waited for the coach to the car park in the same time and saved my money!
