Gatwick is 28 miles (45km) south of London, linked directly to the M23 at Junction 9 and to the A23 London-Brighton road. The M25 is a ten-minute drive away (Junction 7), providing connections to the national road and motorway network.


Arrival procedure

Please call ACE parking 20 minutes before arrival to your terminal on 01293 533 000 and select Option 1. A uniformed ACE or Maple Manor Parking agent will handle the check-in and car movements at Gatwick Airport.

North Terminal:
From 9th January 2017 – Temporary change to “Car Park 5 - Ground Floor:
Due to ongoing works at Gatwick North Terminal, the meeting point may change whilst the works are being carried out. If your vehicle is taller than 1.80m, please inform the car park when you call and they will meet you in alternative area outside the car park.

As you enter the terminal, please follow signs for SHORT STAY car park and keep in the left hand lane. Take a ticket at the barrier and proceed to CAR PARK 5 (the first car park on your right). Enter Car park 5 and follow signs for “Approved Operators” (do not go to the upper levels). When you get to the Approved Operator area, please park up in an Approved Operator Bay and make yourself known to an Ace / MMP Driver.

For arrivals before 9th January 2017:
Follow signs to the North Terminal roundabout, at the roundabout follow the BROWN SIGNS for the Hampton-by-Hilton hotel. Drive past the Shell Petrol Station which is on your right hand side and continue until you come to another roundabout. Take the 2nd exit following the BROWN SIGN for the Hampton-by-Hilton Hotel. Follow the road to the Hampton-by-Hilton car park entrance, before the hotel entrance turn right into (CAR PARK M- Approved Operators). DO NOT DRIVE INTO THE HOTEL CAR PARK. Stay in the left lane of CAR PARK M, keep left following signs to the approved operator bays where you will be met by a car park staff member.

South Terminal:
Follow signs for SHORT STAY PASSENGER PICK UP to the SHORT TERM CAR PARK. Keep in the right hand lane. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive to 3rd car park ORANGE CAR PARK LEVEL 1 Row D & E (Approved operator bays.)


Return procedure

Please call ACE on 01293 533 000 once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs to request your vehicle to be returned. We will aim to deliver your car within 15-20 minutes at the designated meeting point.

North Terminal:
From 9th January 2017 – Temporary change to “Car Park 5 - Ground Floor:
As you exit North terminal customs turn right following signs to Exit and Lifts. Go past the lifts and exit the terminal building. Car Park 5 is directly opposite the terminal building and can be seen from the exit doors. Proceed to the Approved meeting point at the ground floor of Car park 5 - Rows B to J to collect your car.

Please be aware that if you are late in collecting your car, after your phone call to tell us you are ready for it, you may incur additional charges from the Short Stay Car Parks. We politely request that you listen carefully to our telephone controllers when calling to drop off or pick up your car as these instructions may change at short notice due to ongoing work.

For returns before 9th January 2017:
As you exit North Terminal Customs head towards the exit doors. Just before the exit doors, take the lift to the 1st floor, follow the signs to the Hampton Hotel. Go past the reception of the Hotel and follow the signs to approved operator car park, where your car will be returned (the same location where you left your car).

South Terminal:
Follow signs to SHORT TERM CAR PARK orange car park LEVEL 1 Row D & E (approved operator bays) and wait in the safe zone waiting area (lift lobby) until your vehicle is returned (the same location where you left your car).




ACE car park uses modern security systems such as alarms and/or CCTV and is regularly visited by a specially trained Police Officers to maintain their Park Mark award. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award.



All ACE's drivers are insured to drive your vehicle, though they cannot accept Aston Martins, Ferraris, Rolls Royces, Bentleys, and Maseratis. You will be subject to the car park's terms and conditions, which the car park will give you if you ask.




Disabled facilties

This parking is perfect for disabled passengers as you won't need to catch a transfer bus. If you need help getting in and out of your vehicle, call the provider and one of the team will contact the car park to make the arrangements for you.


Additional information

Please do not leave any valuables inside the vehicle, if you do on your own risk then please take a receipt from the driver.

The car park does not accept large vehicles such as transit vans, or any vehicles with trailers. ACE Parking is also unable to accept the following vehicles: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Maserati.

If you are returning earlier than the date or time that you have provided, we must know 24 hours in advance to avoid any delay. If you are delayed on return extra days parking are charged at £10 per day. Refunds are not given for part used bookings and bookings cannot be cancelled on the day.

Please note that unless your car has tyre tread on each tyre that is within the legal limit, or if it is in any other way unsafe to drive, the driver will not be able to take your car and you will have to make other arrangements to park your car.

Vehicle Restrictions:
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with ACE prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

Illegal Vehicles:
It is your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, ACE will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.


ACE Meet and Greet Platinum

If you book the Platinum package, full car valet will be included; please check your confirmation as details may vary.

This package includes a Platinum valet: a hand shampoo wash and rinse, wheel wash, hand leather dry, dashboard and interior vinyl and leather clean, an interior vacuum including the boot, glass cleaned inside and out and a free air freshener. Your car will be cleaned less than 24 hours before you're due back, but it will need to be driven back to you, so may pick up some dirt on the way.

"Meet and Greet as it should be: easy, trouble free, courteous staff. Would have liked the gentleman to have stayed a little longer, when we picked up, whilst I looked around the car for any damage.
