Follow signs to Gatwick Airport from all major roads.

On your way to the airport we ask that you call prior to arrival to confirm that you will be there at the time stated on your booking form, the driver can only wait for 20 minutes.

When you reach the Terminal the driver will help you with your baggage and store your car for you. You will be issued with a receipt which you must retain until you retain.

Arrival procedure

For North Terminal and South Terminal: Please call the number on your confirmation when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Follow signs to 'passenger drop off' at the North Terminal / South Terminal, keeping in the right hand land and head to the far end where a driver will meet you. Emergency number will be on your confirmation.

Once you have parked your car, a uniformed driver will come to meet you, take your car and keys and drive your car to their secure car park. In the meantime, you can take the 2-minute walk to check-in.

Return procedure

Please check your booking confirmation for details.

On your return, please collect your bags and then call 01293 824 221 and press option 1 again. Head to the same drop-off area as before, where you will be greeted by your driver and have your car given back to you.

There is a no-waiting policy at the terminal parking area, so on your return, please make sure you're ready to pick up your car before you call the car park.

Arrivals from North Terminal:
Exit the building on the ground floor, walk between the 2 car parks opposite and wait in the far end of the set down area.

Arrivals from South Terminal:
Follow signs for 'Courtesy Coaches', exit the building and take a lift down to the ground floor. Cross to the outside lane where your car will be delivered to you.

This type of service is ideal for disabled travellers as there is no need for transfers.

Additional information

With 28 years experience of running meet and greet and Gatwick, have your car collected and delivered at the terminal by the I Love Meet & Greet team. Cars are stored in one of two compounds located up to 5 miles from the airport.

Gatwick Airport has implemented a new forecourt access policy; Please ensure you inform any Traffic Wardens that you have booked with I Love Meet and Greet, who have a licence to operate on the forecourts. Please print your confirmation and make sure it is placed on your dashboard in full view.

In order to book this service you will be required to provide the following information: Inbound and Outbound Flight Numbers, Airport Terminal, Car Details and Contact Telephone number (preferably a mobile number).

There are no height restrictions, but all vehicles must be able to fit in a standard size bay. Cars can be no longer than 9 seats. The car park doesn't not accept taxis.

If you're a day or more late, you'll be charged £10 extra per day between April and September, and £5 outside of these months.

If your outbound terminal is different to your inbound terminal, just let I Love Valet know on your arrival and they can accommodate this at no extra cost.

Airport Acess Fee

Except when booking with APH, price excludes £6.00 Airport Access Fee.

This fee is to cover the cost of charges now being levied to all Off Airport Meet and Greet operators at Gatwick for the use of the forecourts at drop-off and new designated collection areas within the short term car parks.

The I Love Valet Parking Meet & Greet plus Car Wash package offers Meet & Greet service with exterior car wash and inside vacuum.

I Love Gatwick to Heathrow

Please note this package is only suitable if your flight out is from Gatwick and you return into Heathrow at the end of your trip. You will be met on forecourt at Gatwick and your car will be returned at your return terminal at Heathrow.

On arrival at Gatwick, please follow the arrival instructions above.

Your return instruction when you return to Heathrow are as follows:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number on your confirmation. The car park will pay for the first 15 minutes of parking but you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 2 Returns:
Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row B next to the lift/pay machines.

Terminal 3 Returns:
As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW "A".

Terminal 4 Returns:
As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the "pay machine" which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say "Off Air Meet & Greet" at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side.

Terminal 5 Returns:
Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row "R" OR "S".

All Heathrow Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:
Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 4): Height limit: 2.0m (6ft 6in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car. If your return time passes midnight from your actual paid booking date, and your car needs to be delivered after midnight, an additional charge of £25.00 is applied.

I Love Gatwick to Stansted

Please note this booking is only suitable if your flight out is from Gatwick and you return into Stansted at the end of your trip. You will be met on the Forecourt at Gatwick and your car will be returned at Stansted Airport terminal.

On arrival at Gatwick, please follow the arrival instructions above.

Your return instruction when you return to Stansted are as follows:
Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (Option 1) to have your car delivered. It is essential to make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles to ensure a prompt delivery of your car. Please remain on the same level as departures. Due to new tariffs on the forecourt, your car is unable to be on the forecourt for more than 10 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car and exit the forecourt within the 10 minute period, otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees (£50 over 10 minutes).

On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park: When exiting the terminal turn left toward stairs go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park. This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees.

If you experience difficulties with their main contact number, please use the Emergency number on your confirmation to contact the drivers.

They do not accept licensed taxis, both private hire or hackney carriages.

Avoid! You would think that this meat and greet company would take care of the vehicles given to them for safe keeping, mine was absolutely covered in bird mess, never seen so much ever, on the roof, bonnet, doors, door handles, even on the wheels, absolutely everywhere. I now have permanent paint damage as a result. Trying to talk to the Complaints executive is like banging your head against the wall.

We have never used this company before but we will never use anyone else again.For the same kind of price as taking your car to a car park and waiting for a bus and then doing the same thing in reverse, instead a phone call a few minutes from Gatwick had a very nice man waiting for us as we pulled up and within a couple of minutes we were in the terminal.Likeeise on our return,as usual delayed and tired about midnight a call from baggage arrivals had our car ready and waiting for us as we walked out.This is an excellent service.

Good service, until my car was returned completely PLASTERED with bird droppings. Driver said he hadn't noticed, but getting into the car suggested this was untrue, as there were significant droppings on three windows including front windscreen. Emailed to complain, but four days later no response, so guess I won't be using them again.

Very rude service. Kept waiting on arrival and return. Car was damaged, I was called a lier and told my photos showing it was fine when they picked it up were a basicly fake and that they had ones showing damage - these mysteriously were never sent to me. To make it worse they didn't, at any point, apologise for how I and my elderly mother were treated and spoken to. Worst service from any company in a very long time.
