This Meet and Greet service can be booked by travellers flying out of either North or South Terminal. Insurance restrictions mean that the operator cannot drive Maseratis, Ferraris or Aston Martins. Keys obviously have to be left with the operator and a copy of the confirmation must be clearly displayed on the dashboard when driving on to the forecourt. Security at the car park is good with 24 hour patrols and CCTV. The Access fee charged by the airport is passed on to the customer.

Please call 0333 577 0943 fifteen minutes before arriving at the airport. Follow signs to Departures set down and passenger drop off and our driver will meet you at the far end. A No Waiting policy is in force.

South Terminal:
Please call 0333 577 0943 fifteen minutes before arriving at the airport. Follow signs to Departures set down and passenger drop off and our driver will meet you at the far end.

Should you arrive 30 mins or more outside of your specified arrival times, you may be subject to delays.

Arrival procedure

Please drive to the departure terminal entrance where you will be met by a uniformed chauffeur who will take your car to the fully secured airport car park.

Important:
Attached to your voucher will be a permit - you need to PRINT THIS and take it with you to the airport. This permit allows for the customer to alight on the forecourt area (the areas have been notified to you within your booking confirmation) and to do so within a 5 minute period, the permit does not allow indefinite parking on the forecourt area. If you have arrived too early or your meet and greet chauffeur is not awaiting on your arrival, you may be asked to wait away from the terminal forecourt area. Customers who are seen to be waiting for over 5 minutes will be asked to move on by traffic wardens / marshals. Please note that only customers of approved valet parking companies may use this area. Please only use Approved Operator signed parking bays at the terminal forecourt as detailed below.

For all bookings commencing on or after 1st October 2014, please collect luggage, clear customs and call 0333 577 0943. Exit the building on the ground floor and follow signs to Short Stay Car Park 6. Take the lift to Level 1, where our driver will meet you with your vehicle in the Approved Operator's Bays. South Terminal:
For all bookings commencing on or after 1st October 2014, please collect luggage, clear customs and call 0333 577 0943. Follow signs to Short Stay ORANGE Car Park, go down the lift to Level 1 and make your way to the Approved Operators Parking Bays where our driver will meet you with your vehicle. Emergency no. is 07805 067348.

Disabled facilities

The service is ideal for disabled passengers as you will be met at the terminal, no bus transfers required, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

Additional information

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time (occasionally subject to slight change by Meteor, who will advise if necessary). If your arrival time changes please notify the car park using the numbers on your confirmation details as soon as possible.

PLEASE CALL Meteor on the number on your confirmation (call centre opening hours 08:00-22:00) FOR ANY AMENDMENT TO YOUR RESERVATION on the day of arrival (including if you are going to arrive earlier or later than the advised time). Please check the airport terminal your flight departs from with your travel company - a £15 supplement will be charged to your card if you fail to advise any amendments to your return journey which affect the collection of your vehicle.

You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.

Please note that due to temporary insurance restrictions we are unable to accept the following vehicles: Maserati, Aston Martin and Ferrari.

Airport Access Fee

Except when booking with APH and FHR, the price quoted excludes £6.00 Airport Access Fee.

This fee is to cover the cost of charges now being levied to all Off Airport Meet and Greet operators at Gatwick for the use of the forecourts at drop-off and new designated collection areas within the short term car parks.

"The pick up on the inward journey was very well organised.
The arrangement for the outward journey was not very clear. On the documents we received there made no mention of having to call anyone to let you know of our imminent arrival. When we got there, a person from another parking company told us that we needed to call you. When I called the number it was constantly engaged and we finally found a mobile number which we managed to get through on.
The driver was very nice but his excuse was that you were very busy but that should be par for the course for an organisation that provides this sort of service and you should be able to cope."
