Directions

Directions to the car park on arrival:
Leave M23 Motorway at junction 9 signposted Gatwick Airport. Go straight over first roundabout signposted Redhill A23. At the next roundabout take 4th exit towards Redhill A23 and at the next roundabout take the 1st exit past the Esso Garage in Povey Cross Road. The car park is in a secured area in the grounds of theTravelodge hotel which is the 3rd entrance on the left.

Arrival procedure

On arrival, please check in at the manned office and quote your reference number. Then park your car keeping your keys and take the transfer to the airport.

Return procedure

On your return, please collect all your luggage, clear customs and when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation to have your car delivered. Please know that there is a no waiting policy at the terminal so please make sure you are ready to collect your car when you call. Then follow the instructions for your terminal below.

South Terminal:
Follow signs for 'Courtesy Coaches', exit the building and take a lift down to the ground floor. Cross to the outside lane where your car will be delivered to you. Emergency number can be found on your confirmation.

North Terminal:
Exit the building on the ground floor, walk between the 2 cars parks opposite and wait in the far end of the set down area. Emergency number can be found on your confirmation.

Security

The storage compound has CCTV, security fencing and barriers.

The car park does not accept licenced taxis, both private hire or hackney carriages.

Please be aware it is important to check traffic updates before you leave. There are long-term scheduled roadworks on the M23 near Gatwick Airport which include overnight closures to the M23 and M23 Junction 10, that may affect your journey to the car park.
