From the M23: Exit at Junction 9. Follow the signs to either the North or South Terminal. Drive to the drop off area at the appropriate terminal.

Please call 07805 927969 when you are 10 minutes away from arriving at the airport and then drive to the drop off area at the terminal.

Return procedure information

Return procedure

On your return please collect all your luggage and clear Customs before calling 07805 927969 to arrange for your car to be delivered to you. Full return instructions will be given to you by your chauffeur on arrival at the airport.

The car park is manned 24 hours a day and has peripheral fencing, lighting, locked gates and CCTV. The car park holds the 'Park Mark' safer parking award.

Purple Parking uses scanning technology to track the time when a car has left the airport, and what time it left the airport and should enter the compound. If the cars don’t arrive by a certain time an alarm will sound and the driver will be contacted to find out their location.

This service is operated by our partners I LOVE Meet & Greet who have 27 years, experience of running meet and greet at Gatwick.

Purple Parking do offer a vehicle relocation service between Heathrow and Gatwick.

Motorbike parking is available at this car park.

A height restriction applies at this car park.

Departure information

Drivers

All drivers will have customer training, manual handling training and CPC training, subsequently The Certificate of Professional Competence. They are also police checked.

Drivers wear a uniform consisting of a Purple Parking polo shirt during warm weather, and during the Winter they will wear white shirts and black trousers.

Customers can expect all drivers to be polite and courteous, and to help with their luggage.

Distance to airport

You are met at the terminal by our chauffeur. Your car is then stored at our car park. When you return your car is returned to you at the terminal.

Transfers from airport

Transfers are not required with this service as your car is collected from you and returned to you at the airport.

All went well with the arrival at LGW South Terminal. The vehicles was picked-up OK. On our return we had to wait about 20 minutes in the cold (- 4 degrees), before the car arrived at the pick-up point.

Excellent service, courteous and helpful. We flew from Gatwick North terminal and went back to the South terminal - and had our car delivered at the right place in no time at all. Recommended.

We were slightly confused over where arrival and departure points were, but resolved safely and will use confidently next time. Helpful on phone and drivers friendly and efficient
