Overview

Gatwick Sure Parking Meet & Greet is a terminal parking service serving both Gatwick North and South. Drive to the designated meeting area close to your terminal, hand over your car and keys to the Sure Parking team and walk to check-in while your vehicle is taken to secure off-airport storage.

There is no shuttle journey in either direction, making it particularly convenient if you are travelling with children, heavy luggage or simply want to minimise the time between parking your car and reaching the terminal.

How does Sure Parking compare with Gatwick Official Valet?

Both let you leave your car close to the terminal and avoid a shuttle. Gatwick Official Valet is operated as part of the airport's own parking service, while Sure Parking is an independent Gatwick Approved Operator and stores your vehicle in its own off-airport compound.

Please give the car park a call on their 24/7 number 07855 551 177 when you are 20 minutes away from the terminal; then follow the instructions for your terminal below.

Sure Parking staff will easily be recognised with branded orange jackets. Their meet and greet parking staff will explain the returns procedure to you.

South Terminal:
When approaching the South Terminal, please stay in the right hand lane and follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park (Pick Up). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket, please proceed to the Orange Car Park 3 Level 1 (Approved Operator Bays). Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in an orange high viz jacket. This will also be your meeting point on your return.

North Terminal:
When entering the North Terminal, please stay in the left lane, following the signs for the Short Stay Car Park 5 (the first car park on your right after the barriers). On entering the barrier, after taking your ticket, please proceed to the ground floor of Car Park 5 and follow the signs for "Approved Operators Area". Please make yourself known to the Sure Parking driver in an orange high viz jacket. This will also be your meeting point on return.

Return procedure

Sure Parking Meet and Greet staff will explain the returns procedure to you when your car is collected.

Security

Your car will be stored in a secure compound a short distance away from the airport offering 24 hour surveillance, coded security gates and Park Mark award.

Additional information

You will need to leave your vehicle keys with the Sure Parking team. Minibuses, long-wheelbase vans and motorhomes are not accepted.

The North Terminal meeting point in Car Park 5 has a maximum vehicle height of 1.8 metres. The South Terminal meeting point in Car Park 3 has a maximum vehicle height of 2.0 metres.

Your vehicle must be roadworthy and have valid road tax, insurance and an MOT where required so that Sure Parking's insured drivers can legally move it.

If you return later than your booked parking period, the current overstay charge is £20 per additional day, subject to change.
