What's the best parking at Liverpool Airport?
Parking at Liverpool John Lennon Airport is really straight-forward. You can either choose the on-airport parking or opt for alternative car parking options, in many cases more cost-effective, however requiring longer transfer times back to the terminal building. There is a Short Stay / Multi-Storey car park next to the Express Drop Off & Pick up area, as well as a Long Stay car park set across two sites.
Several independent providers offer off-airport parking, alongside with the transfer service included in the price, so for longer journeys, it might be worth getting a quote from those.
Alternatively, if you are pushed for time or do not enjoy lugging your suitcases from the car into the shuttle bus, and then from the shuttle bus into the terminal building, you can choose the Meet & Greet parking service at Liverpool Airport. Several companies offer Meet & Greet car parking options; all you’d need to do is drive to the airport and drop your keys off with the car park’s representative, and they will park it for you. Imagine parking was recommended to me by a family member who has used them twice before. It is easy to find and the staff at the reception desk are helpful and organised. Everything went smoothly on arrival, they offered us the shuttle service to the airport but we decided to walk after sitting in the car for a while! It was night time when we arrived home so we were tired and ready to get home. Luckily when I called the mobile number on the Imagine paper work it was answered by a friendly and accommodating staff member who said the car would be ready for us, we collected the keys and off we went! I would definitely use them again.

Would definitely recommend this parking service. Dropped off right outside the doors of the airport which cost us an extra £1.50 as we shared minibus shuttle wit another couple. Arrived early hours and driver arrived promptly after telephoning him would use again no problems.

We like Liverpool Airport for the friendly customer service, but we have some reservations about the Long Stay car Park, that we used. My wife and I are currently over 80 years oi age, and we prefer a no fuss and easy to use system for leaving our car, without too great an expense. Sadly the long stay car park does not fulfill those requirements. Our mid afternoon arrival was easy, but if the weather had been inclement the walk to the terminal would have been very difficult, with cases and hand luggage. Our return however was a different matter. Our fight from Lanzarote was delayed by 3 hours and we arrived at 03:30 on a windy, showery and cold night. The walk to the car was not an enjoyable experience. Our main complaint however is the signposting to the EXIT. We spent some time trying to find the way out, and after many wrong turnings we did manage to find the exit. The signposting needs to be improved. It was a very stressful experience.
