Simply drive to the terminal, making sure you call Imagine 20 minutes before you arrive.
Arrival procedure
Please check your confirmation email for details.
Please ring the car park on the number in your confirmation 10 minutes before your estimated time of arrival at the drop-off area at the airport. When you arrive a representative will be there to collect your vehicle and get your signature on the Meet and Greet booking form. You can then make your way to the terminal, which is 400 metres away.
Please note there is a £3 charge at the entry barriers as you arrive at the airport.
Return procedure
Please check your confirmation email for details.
On your return, please call the car park on the number in your confirmation after you have collected your luggage and your vehicle will be returned by one of the Imagine drivers to the same drop off area as you arrived.

Security
Your car will be stored in a secured car park which is manned at all times, has CCTV in use and staff patrol the car park regularly with guard dogs. It has been awarded with the Park Mark safety certification.
Disabled facilities
This package is ideal for disabled customers as you will be met close to the terminal by a driver who will park your car for you.

Slow to arrive and to deliver car on return. Kept thinking we were just normal parking and not meet and greet. Not a good service.
