Please note, the post code, (DE74 2RP) supplied for Sat Navs, will take you close to Airparks East Midlands but not directly to the car park. Due to this we would strongly suggest that you follow the directions below to ensure you arrive at the car park correctly.
From the south:
Exit the M1 at junction 23a and follow signs for East Midlands airport (A453). Take the second exit at the first roundabout (A453) and then go straight ahead at the second roundabout, continuing past the passenger terminals turning. Carry along the road until you reach the next roundabout and then go straight on, following signs for Donington Park. At the next set of traffic lights turn right and after 200 metres, turn left into Donington Park.
Airparks East Midlands is situated 300 metres on the left.
From the north:
Exit the M1 at junction 24 and follow signs for East Midlands airport (A453). At the first roundabout, take the third exit towards the airport (A453) and continue straight ahead at the next roundabout. Once you've passed the passenger terminals building, continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Go straight on and then follow signs for Donington Park. At the next set of traffic lights, turn right and after 200 metres turn left into Donington Park. Airparks East Midlands is situated 300 metres on the left.

Go through the security gate into Donington Park. Airparks is about 200 yards down the road on the left - you'll see it signposted.
Go through the barrier into the car park and drive to the end of the arrival lanes, then make your way to reception. You'll need to bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you.
Your car will be parked for you, so you'll also need to leave your car keys with reception. Then just wait in the covered waiting area for the bus to the airport.

When you return, wait where you were dropped off and the bus service will transfer you back to the car park within 25 minutes.
If you return earlier than planned, please contact the car park to ensure your car is ready for collection.

Parking is always at the vehicle owner's own risk.
All the Airparks buses have access for disabled passengers.
Airparks cannot accept any vehicle with a taxi licence plate - these can only be driven by the licence holder.
Airparks East Midlands has ladies' and men's loos as well as disabled toilets. You can also purchase refreshments from the reception waiting area.
If you come back to a flat battery, the car park will be happy to jump start your car.
We recommend that you give yourself 40 minutes to drop your car off and transfer to the airport.
Bikes, surfboards, canoes and other large objects that won't fit into the luggage racks can't be carried on Airparks buses. If you are bringing large items with you, we suggest you drop them off at the airport before you park your car. Remember to check with your airline that you will be able to take them on the plane.
If you park for more days than you booked, the car park will charge you for the extra days at its normal rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, unfortunately we can't give you a refund.
Park & Ride customers will be unable to take oversized items onto the transfer buses (skis, snowboards, bicycles, surfboards or anything as large/larger than these items). To avoid this, you can drop large items off at the terminal with a passenger and then drive your car to Airparks.
Please note this car park cannot accept bookings for minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers, even if multiple spaces are booked. There is a maximum height limit on all vehicles of 2.10m (7 feet).
Return Greet Time Saver
Return Greet Time Saver by Airparks East Midlands service means you don't have to get a return transfer when you arrive back at East Midlands airport. Instead, Airparks will bring your car to the terminal for your collection.

Transfers from airport
Transfers run frequently, 24 hours a day. You should normally allow 40 minutes to check in and transfer to the airport. During the morning and afternoon busy periods you should allow more time to compensate for traffic delays. Additional time may be needed if Donington Park is holding a major event.
