Call the chauffeur around 30 minutes before you arrive, meet the driver at the agreed Short Stay 1 meeting point and hand over your keys. Your car is then taken to Midlands Parking's secure compound while you walk to departures, with no shuttle bus required.

The All Inclusive option gives you the same Midlands Parking Meet & Greet service at Short Stay 1, but the airport drop-off and collection access fees are included in the price. This makes it easier to compare the true cost of your parking because there are no separate airport access fees to add on arrival or return. You will still leave your keys with the Midlands Parking driver, who takes your car to the secure parking compound and returns it to Short Stay 1 when you come back.

Leave the M1 at Junction 23A and follow the A453 towards East Midlands Airport. At Finger Farm roundabout, take the second exit to stay on the A453. At the next roundabout, take the first exit and continue towards the airport. At the traffic lights, turn right. Continue towards the terminal and follow signs for Short Stay 1.
Enter Short Stay 1 and follow the instructions on your booking confirmation for the meeting point. Midlands Parking currently uses Row C, next to the pay station. Call the chauffeur approximately 30 minutes before you arrive.
Arrival procedure
Call Midlands Parking on 07889 622681 approximately 30 minutes before you arrive at East Midlands Airport.
Drive to Short Stay Car Park 1 and make your way to the meeting point shown on your booking confirmation. Midlands Parking currently uses Row C, next to the pay station.
Meet the chauffeur and have your booking confirmation and return flight details ready. Hand over your keys and the driver will take your vehicle to the secure parking compound while you make the short walk to the terminal.
Airport access charges may be payable separately depending on the product you have booked. These charges are included with the All Inclusive option.
Return procedure
Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, call Midlands Parking on 07889 622681 to let them know you are ready for your vehicle.
Make your way back to Short Stay Car Park 1 and the meeting point specified on your booking confirmation. Midlands Parking currently uses Row C, next to the pay station. Your driver will return your vehicle and keys to you there.
If airport access or Short Stay charges are not included in your parking product, the applicable charge will need to be paid before leaving.
