A courtesy shuttle bus operates every 15 minutes. Journey time approx. 10 minutes.
Directions
- After leaving the M1 (junction 24 if travelling from the north, 23a if travelling from the south), follow the A453 for 2.8 miles, passing the airport until you reach a roundabout.
- Take the second exit, turning right.
- After a few hundred yards you'll reach another roundabout, with the entrance to JetParks on the left.
PLEASE NOTE: JetParks and the Short Stay car park share a postcode and if you accidentally enter the short-stay, you may be charged to exit. Be sure to follow the signs for JetParks.
Arrival procedure

- Drive up to the machine at the entrance barrier and a ticket will be automatically issued. Keep this ticket safe as you will need it when you return.
- If a ticket is not automatically given, press the 'assistance' button and confirm your booking details. A ticket will then be issued by the operator instead. Keep this ticket safe as you will need it on your return.
Return procedure
Please check your booking confirmation for details.
- As you leave Arrivals, you'll see the JetParks office. Go to the left of this and you'll see a bus stop. Jump on a bus and make your way back to your vehicle.
- Please make sure you have your entry ticket to hand. Please go straight to the exit barrier, insert your ticket and the barrier should raise automatically. If the barrier does not raise please push the 'assistance' button.
- Please do not insert your credit or debit card into the barrier or a further payment will be taken.
Security
The car park has high perimeter fencing, CCTV and regular security patrols. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has measures in place to create a safer environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Insurance
The airport is insured for damage caused by their own negligence but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of a third party. Full details are available from the car park on request.

Entering and exiting worked fine. Found a parking spot with little difficulty. Main problem was getting out of the spot 2 weeks later. Cars parked along middle left very little room for manoeuvre, if my wife wasn't in the passenger side I don't know if I could have managed, as it was there was less than an inch of space at the tightest to do a multipoint turn. Noticed another car with a flat tyre, could be awkward if arriving late at night to pick up and no idea if help would be available.

Far from a breeze, after a late evening flight from Majorca we got to jetpark 2 as expected, found our car and proceeded to the exit only to find a queue because the operator was arguing with some guy about payment and would not lift the barrier.30 mins later the issue seem to be resolved. Not impressed to put it politely there should be more than one exit absolutely pathetic.
