No need to wait for a transfer bus, just pull up to the terminal. Car park is within walking distance of the terminal.
Important Information
You'll be met at the terminal where one of our chauffeurs will take your car away and park it for you, returning it when you arrive back at the airport.
Important Information
Due to the building of a carriageway, the M1 junction closest to the airport and the A453 will be closed between 20:00 and 06:00. An 11-mile diversion will be in place and will be signposted, however anyone using the route should allow an extra half hour for their journey.

From the North, leave the M1 at junction 24, taking the third exit for Ashby road. From the South, just take junction 23a. Follow the road until you reach the roundabout and take the second exit onto the A453. Go straight over the first roundabout, then right at the next into the airport. Take a left at the next roundabout and you'll find the car park on your right.
Arrival procedure

On arrival at the East Midlands Airport main entrance, please go straight on at the roundabout following the signs to the Short Stay car park. Alternatively, carefully enter the following coordinates into your sat nav to be directed to the car park entrance: N52.82599 W1.32741
At the entrance to the Short Stay car park, use the right hand lane signposted Rapid Drop Off - please note there is no barrier at this point. Approximately 20m after entering the right hand lane, look for the designated Pre-Booked Meet and Greet area immediately on your right hand side, which is accessible by entering the PIN code 0341 (zero three four one) or alternatively pressing the intercom and quoting your booking reference. Please park in one of the bays within the area.
Please head to the Meet & Greet Office where one of our East Midlands Airport uniformed attendants will check your booking details and appraise your vehicle before handing you a receipt in exchange for your vehicle key. Your vehicle will then be moved to one of our on-airport car parks. Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
Return procedure

Upon your return, please head to the Meet & Greet Office and your vehicle will be waiting for you.
You will be directed to your vehicle, given a £1 coin to exit the car park and you can then proceed to the toll booth style exit and you're on your way home!
Security
Your car will be moved to one of the on-airport Long Stay car parks, which are all protected by CCTV, entry and exit barriers, regular patrols and fences. They have all been awarded the Park Mark, a security award for car parks which is accredited by the police.
Disabled facilities
While the car park can accept disabled passengers, unfortunately it cannot accept adapted vehicles for safety reasons.
Additional information
Please note this car park cannot accept bookings for minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers, even if multiple spaces are booked. There is a maximum height limit on all vehicles of 6ft 6.

Very pleased until looking at the price for this year gone up from £60 to £80 far to expensive on the e mailing list but never get the 25% that they say you get in offers looking to park some where else for the November Holiday ( its not worth £80 ) its priced me out of meet & great shame good value at £60 less your discount

In June my wife and I returned from Greece and picked up our car from Meet and Greet. The following day I accessed my music system in the car to find that the USB memory stick had been removed. As I had booked through Holiday Extras I made contact and asked them to investigate. After a delay I did receive a response stating that nothing had been found and I should have reported the problem before departing the car park. Subsequently I have found that other items have been removed - a cap and a map. I have not reported this to Holiday Extras as I would anticipate the same reply.

I strongly advise not to park at meet and greet! Landed back to find my car was unlocked! Checked the car next to me to find it was unlocked too! So it wasn’t a one off. Didn’t even make it home before the tyre pressure light flashed up on my car! I’d only left it there a day for a business trip. If you value your car and belongings. Please park it on another secure car park where you take your keys with you!!!!
