Pretty poor service. We had to call them three times (confirming that we were on our way, a change of terminal, and then on return. Each time they said they had no record of our booking, even though we had our booking reference. Upon return, the car had lots of bird poo on it ... and the wheels and side of the car were covered in mud ... it looked as though it had been parked in a muddy area. We will not use them again.

Super easy drop off at T5. I left my phone in the car and once I'd noticed and called them they very kindly offered to bring the phone to the entrance of the terminal for me to get it - an absolute lifesaver and we were very grateful for this. On return, we only had to wait about 10 minutes and there were no issues with our car. There were other people waiting for different companies nearby and they were complaining of waiting for over 45 minutes so we were very happy to be with Terminals Parking!

Drop off was a breeze - no issues at all. But when we came to pick the car up we were not given a ticket to exit the car park. We waited 10 mins for the driver to return, then another 5 mins for him to ascertain he had lost the ticket. He then gave us another ticket and assured us it would work - it did not. Long story short, we were left waiting for 45 minutes at the barrier while the driver paid for a new ticket. Absolutely terrible service and will not be using this company again, despite having used them many times in the past with no major issues. Waiting around for over an hour after a night flight from USA was exactly what I didn't want when I booked meet and greet!

Good service. Very busy at drop off (T2) so initially difficult to park, but they sort it and handover was slick. We were arriving back at different terminal (T5) to departure, which they initially missed but a quick call and they redirected driver to us. Again a slick handover. Will use again. Thanks

Drop-off and pick-up at T3 all went very smoothly. No issues with car on return. Two changes of drop-off time due to flight cancellations was dealt with without any fuss via email. Fully satisfied.

Straight forward - Hassle Free I used airport meet and Greet for Heathrow airport Terminal 4 in February 2020. Excellent service. You basically follow instructions on booking form/Voucher. Contacting designated numbers on form, 30 minutes before arriving to the airport. Traffic and accident on the M25, therefore I called to say that I was running late. I also called when 5 minutes away from the airport. Handover was very straightforward. Driver was waiting for us. On arrival back to Heathrow airport, I called when landed. I also called when baggage collected. Followed instructions on booking form/voucher. Collected my car from designated place. Waited less than 5 minutes. Overall - I would definitely use this same company again. Used to use UBER for airport runs, better to use own car. 1. Sometimes UBER vehicle not large enough for all luggage, (Even though you specify on booking) therefore have to cancel and rebook. UBER charges cancellation of £10. 2. Paid £75.00 for 7 days. This would be a one way journey in a taxi. 3. Own vehicle is guaranteed space for luggage 4. Didn't have to use an airport shuttle. Drove and handover directly in front of departures. (1 to 2 minutes walk to the check in desk) 5. No need to queue with other masses of UBER/taxi passengers on arrival. **Make sure that you give yourself enough time for departure and arrival.** My departure at Heathrow time was 20:10. Booked handover of vehicle 17:15. Due to accident on M25, I arrived at 18:30. We notified company and they were okay. My arrival time back to Heathrow was 6:50. I booked up to 8:00, to cover for any unexpected delays. Collected car 7:30. Would I use again. Yes, Yes, Yes

Excellent service. Instructions sent via email and on phone were spot on. Turned up and had a short wait for driver but only a few minutes. This allowed us to make our way across fir the flight with no hassle. On return again had a few minutes wait, but this was more due to speed of processing at airport as they were well within the stated time. Would definitely use again
