Directions

Please call MBW approximately 30 minutes prior to reaching Heathrow on 0208 759 5252. You must keep the car park informed if you are likely to be early or late with as much notice as possible.

Over height vehicles over 2.1m and vehicles over 5m in length will have additional costs. Please see Additional Information below for details of height restrictions.

Terminal 2 (TW6 1EW):
Follow signs to the ‘Short Stay Car Park 2’ (look for Off-Airport signs). As you leave the tunnel you will need to be in the right hand lane. Drive up the ramp and follow the road to the right, head under the height restriction arm. Keep in the FAR right hand lane and approach the barrier (Level 4). At the barrier, take a ticket (you need to give this ticket to the driver). Follow the ‘Off-Airport’ parking signs until you reach Rows A & B at the far end. Park in Row A or B and a MBW chauffeur will be waiting near the ticket machine. Larger vehicles to head to over height parking – additional charges will apply. Please take photos of your vehicle from all angles clearly showing the vehicle in the short stay car park.

Terminal 3 (TW6 1QG):
As you leave the tunnel follow signs toward Terminal 3, Short Stay Car Park 3. Please take a ticket and enter the Short Stay Car Park and drive up to Level 3. Follow signs for Off-Airport Parking and make your way to rows A and B where a uniformed MBW driver will meet you. Please take photos of all angles of your car as well as clearly showing it is parked in the short stay car park.

Terminal 4 (TW6 3XA):
As you leave the Terminal 4 roundabout, follow signs for Short Stay Parking. Drive up the ramp and stay towards the right. Take a ticket and enter the Short Stay Car Park, stay on the right and go to level 2. Follow signs for Off-Airport Parking, Rows E and F and park in a bay where your uniformed driver will meet you. Please take photos of all angles of your car as well as clearly showing it is parked in the short stay car park.

Terminal 5 (TW6 2GA):
Follow signs for ‘Terminal 5 Departures’. Keep in the right lane & head up departure ramp (Passenger pick up Short Stay signs). Follow signs to ‘Short Stay Car Park’ (look for Off-Airport signage). Keep left and head towards the last set of barriers. Please take a ticket and enter the car park on level 4 (Hand ticket to MBW Captain). Follow signs to Off-Airport, rows R and S where your MBW driver will meet you. Larger vehicles to head to Over height Parking – additional charges will apply. Please take photos of all angles of your car as well as clearly showing it is parked in the short stay car park.

On arrival to the designated meeting point, please park your car in the indicated bays and photograph your vehicle (damage claims are not accepted without photographs from drop-off point). Give your keys to the chauffeur (car key/ alarm key only; remove all other keys) and make the short stroll to the check-in desks.

Electric Vehicle Charging

The car park has electric charging points, which are £26.00 for customers to use, but this can change during busy periods. Please book the EV specific product to ensure the correct fees are paid. Also, please be aware the car park can't guarantee the availability of the charging points and you'll have to bring your own cable and plug.

Arrival procedure

Once you've parked, please ensure you have taken photos of your vehicle from all sides clearly showing your vehicle within the short stay car park.

Once you have removed your valuables and luggage from your vehicle, please make your way to the MBW desk, which is by the lifts, here you will be met by one of the Terminal Captains who will be identifiable by our Orange & Black high vis jackets and company ID. Please ensure you hand over your keys and car park ticket to the captain when completing your paperwork.

Return procedure

On your return, please call 020 8759 5252 once you have collected all your luggage at reclaim. Alternatively call once you have passed passport control if you have hand luggage only. The duty controller will give you further instructions.

Terminal 2:
As you exit the arrival hall, into the Terminal plaza, turn left and walk towards the UK Arrivals end of the Terminal. Towards the end of the plaza, turn right and exit the Terminal through the main door, then cross the bridge in front of you. You will see lifts in front of you, both to the right and left. Take the lifts on the left up to Level 4. As you exit the lift, Rows A and B will be in front of you. Our terminal captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.

Terminal 3:
Exit from the arrivals hall, follow signs to Short Stay Car Park 3. Pass the shops on the right (lifts will be in front of you) stairs are to the right of the lift. Take the lifts to upper level.
Exit lift, cross the bridge towards the car park. Level 1 pay machines and lifts are to your right, take the lifts to level 3. Our terminal captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.

Terminal 4:
Exit the arrivals hall, Costa coffee and the currency exchange will be on your left. Walk past these and exit towards the car park. Cross the 3 lanes in front of you. Take the lifts to level 2. Make your way to the far-left corner of Level 2, make your way to the lift area where the MBW desk is located. Our terminal captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.

Terminal 5:
Leaving the arrivals hall, you will see Costa Coffee. With Costa in front of you, turn left and head towards the end of the terminal. Pass the shops on your left, keep walking until you pass Café Nero. Turn right immediately and exit through the front door of the terminal.
As soon as you exit the door of the terminal you will see in front of you a set of stairs to the left and lifts to the right. Take the lifts to level 4. As you exit the lifts you will emerge by the payment machines directly next to rows R and S. Our terminal captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking ticket for your exit.

Security

Your car will be parked in a secure compound with security fencing, CCTV and 24-hour security. The car park holds the Park Mark award.

Disabled facilities

This service is an ideal alternative for disabled customers who would find it difficult to use the Transfer Shuttles Services.

Additional information

There is a £25 charge for vehicles being dropped off or returned between midnight - 04:00.

From 29th August 2023 London's Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) will expand to include Heathrow. You may need to pay the daily ULEZ charge when driving through Heathrow – make sure you check before you travel.

Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car.

Changes to the original scheduled times for meeting or arriving which exceed 30 minutes will be chargeable at £15.00 payable directly to MBW. Additional costs may apply and the customer will be required to pay the short stay car parking cost. If your return time passes midnight from your actual paid booking date, an additional charge of £25.00 is applied.

Over height vehicles over 2.1m and vehicles over 5m in length will have additional costs. The following height restrictions apply:
Terminal 2: 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3: 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 4: Height limit: 2.0m (6ft 6in)
Terminal 5: 2.2m (7ft 2in)

MBW Meet and Greet Non-Flexible

Bookings made for these packages cannot be amended or cancelled and are non-refundable.

MBW Meet and Greet T2-T5 for Larger Vehicles

This service is for vehicles higher than 2.2m. Please call MBW before you arrive and a member of the team will direct you where to drop your car. Your vehicle will be parked for you while you walk to the terminal.

When you get back, please call the car park and head back to where you were met on your arrival.

Please photograph your vehicle at the drop-off area, otherwise it may affect any claims you make for damage.

MBW Wash In & Out

Vehicles are washed within 12 hours of the booked return time. If you return earlier than booked or make a change to your booking, the car park may not be able to wash it due to the washes being pre-booked. Please note the car park has an open-air car park and will not offer refunds for cars that may be wet or have picked up dirt on the way to the airport.

There is an extra charge of £15.00 for Terminal 4 one way, if the customer chooses T4 both ways then it’s £30.00 extra. This is paid locally to the parking staff.

The pick up and drop off was good but my car has come back with nearly an extra 20miles on it and a few more marks on it also paid to have my car cleaned and the outside was done but the boot was still covered in hair.

I used MBW Meet and Greet Parking service at Heathrow Airport from the 1st to 14th August. The instructions I received prior to the day were very detailed, the drop off was extremely easy and very efficient. The instructions I received to collect my car again were excellent as was the process with a very helpful and professional member of staff who greeted us at the car park. I left the airport feeling extremely satisfied with the service however when I looked in the back of my car I discovered a number of cd's had been taken out of the glove compartment and put in the back passenger footwell. On further investigation I discovered some missing. I immediately contacted MBW via email as instructed on their website but I never received a reply. I have contacted them again and I am still waiting for a reply. This is a real disappointment as most of the service was very good however their customer care is appalling.

Waited for over an hour and a half every 15 Mins was told it would be another 15 Mins. I was the lucky one there was another customer waiting and they had lost their keys? I will never use this company again even if it was free.
