Distance to airport
This service operates from the designated meet and greet area located within walking distance from Terminals 2-5. Your vehicle will be driven to a highly secured car park located within 5 miles from the airport by a fully insured Terminals Parking chauffeur.
Transfers from airport
Transfers are not required as you will be met at the Terminal itself.
Directions
Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the airport follow signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described on your voucher/confirmation email.
Arrival procedure
Please drive directly to your designated terminal at Heathrow Airport.
Please call Terminals Parking on the number in your confirmation when you are 20 to 30 mins away from the terminal. If there are any changes in the time, please keep them informed. You will meet the chauffeur at their designated point. You'll be asked to hand over the vehicle to their fully insured chauffeur, sign the paper work and head straight into your terminal check-in desk. The fully insured Terminals Parking Chauffeur will drive your vehicle and park it in their secure location.
Return procedure
On your return, please call Terminals Parking twice on the number in your confirmation: first call as soon as you land and the second call as soon as you collect your luggage. Then sign the paperwork and collect your vehicle from the designated point.
Security
The car park is a Park Mark award holder and all drivers are insured to drive your vehicle. They request that customers remove all valuables from the car. Contents of vehicles are left at owner's risk.
Additional information
When making a booking you are required to enter the vehicle drop off time (on your Departure from Heathrow) and the flight landing time for vehicle pick up (on your Arrival at Heathrow) as they operate according to the timing you provide us.

Booking was straight forward and a good price, dropping the car at T5 worked well. Picking up the car was poor. We called when we landed, but then tried to call when we had the luggage, which went through to answer phone. The second number was switched off. After a number of calls we spoke to the help desk and our car arrived 40 minutes after us. On the plus side this is the first company not to unplug the camera which raised the rating back up to average.

Park and Go were absolutely shocking. My wife called 6 times to try and inform them that we would shortly be arriving at the meet and greet. The call just cut off or went to voice mail each time. I called a further 5 times, I left a message to say we had already arrived at the meet and greet, at the pre-booked time. Somebody eventually called back saying that they were very busy. No apology and that somebody would be along in 30 minutes. We had already waited 20 minutes by this time! I said it was appalling service and he laughed and simply hung up. A guy eventually arrived 45 minutes later to collect the keys and said it wasn’t his fault and we had to complain to the management ( I suspect the management was the guy who laughed and hung up). So the car keys were eventually collected nearly 1hr30 minutes after my wife’s first call, putting lots of stress on any traveller going to catch a flight. AVOID Park and GO
