This Meet and Greet service serves Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. The operator has 10 minutes to collect your car on arrival so you must contact them should your plans change.

Please call 20 minutes before arrival on the number on your confirmation and follow the instructions for the relevant terminal. The above postcodes may not be accurate so we advise to use signposts once you get to the airport.
At the airport follow signs for Terminal 2 and stay in the right-hand lanes, go up the ramp, keeping to the right following the signs for short stay 2, DO NOT follow the ramp to the upper level. Approach any of the 3 barriers on to your right, take a ticket and enter car-park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and follow the one-way arrows around the perimeter of the car park to the far end, closest to the terminal buildings to rows A and B where your chauffeur will be waiting.
Once you have exited the tunnel, follow the signs for Terminal 3 Departures. As you approach the terminal keep to the right lane and keep to the furthest lane away from the Terminal and find a place to park up. Once there you will be approached by one of the Professional Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of the Star Parking paperwork.
Follow the signs for Terminal 4 Departures. As you approach the Terminal take the ramp up to the Departure level. There are 3 lanes stay in the third lane which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal and find a place to park up. Once there you will be approached by one of their Professional Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of the Star Parking paperwork.
Drive up the ramp towards Departures, then stay right at the sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for "Level 4" or" Budget car". At the entrance barrier, take a ticket. Once inside follow arrows on road to "Rows R & S" Once there you will be approached by one of our Chauffeurs who will identify themselves by way of our Star Parking paperwork.
They have a 10-minute window to collect customers' vehicles from this area, therefore timing is essential. Anyone to arrive early or late must inform the car park that this will be the case and obtain agreement from them that it is ok to arrive at the alternative time.
A fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration.
Please call the car park on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your last bag from the belt. They will return your vehicle to you once you have called them after collection of your luggage. They will validate your ticket as soon as they arrive in the car park which will give you 15 minutes to collect your car; any car park charges after this time will be your responsibility to pay the prevailing car park tariff.
Passengers must pick up their cars on level 4 Zone A or B.
Passengers will pick up their cars on Level 3 of the Terminal 3 short stay car park. Once in the arrivals terminal turn left and proceed to the lifts, take this lift to level 1 where you will find a covered bridge which takes you to the car park lifts, enter the lift and go to level 3. The designated area of the car park is by these lifts and you should be able to see your vehicle and driver.
Passengers will pick up their cars on the ground level of the Terminal 4 short stay car park. From arrivals exit, the terminal building using the exit next to WH Smith, cross the first four lanes, then turn left pass the payment machine then take the lift to the car park level 2.
From arrivals make your way out of the building to the covered walkway, go through the covered walkway to the lifts, then make your way back to level 4 "Rows R & S" of the short stay car park to where you dropped off your vehicle.
The car park is safeguarded by key intruder system CCTV, security fencing and security dogs as well as a twin electric metal gate.
No transfers are required so the service is suitable for disabled clients.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
Please be aware that the following height restrictions apply at Heathrow terminal car parks:
Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 4): Height limit: 2.0m (6ft 6in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
They track your return flight number which is given by you on the booking form. It is a vital piece of information to stay on track. Providing wrong flight number may cause hours of delays of your vehicle collection even though you have given them the correct return time.

Good service took a little while to come and collect however I was an hour early to what I originally booked. The chap that dropped car back on arrival was very polite and helpful and was ready 20 mins after ringing.

We called when 10 minutes away and by the time we got the cases out and on a trolley the driver was there. On our return same again. Excellent service and would definitely use again.

You know it's bad when the police ring you when you get home to say they need a statement from you as they stopped and searched our car whilst it was left with Star Parking Meet And Greet. A employee of star parking was caught driving our car without our consent, whilst we were on holiday. THE REASON BEING HE NEEDED A CAR TO GET TO HIS SECOND JOB! So helped himself to our BMW for 3 weeks. The police are prosecuting him and we have had to go to Staines to give a statement. The manager told lie after lie saying they had to move our car to another compound and the driver must have gone off course! It was only after we were interviewed by the police that we found out that he had been using our car for 3 weeks.

All went well until the return journey. We were moved to a different plane at singapore due to a delayed flight from Phuket. Omly just over an hours difference. On arrival at Heathrow 2 we phoned the car park people who had my car. They told me they had come into the car park an hour earlier and then had to leave so I would have to pay the 2nd car park ticket of £4.20. This I did as all I wanted to do was get home after 24hrs of travelling. I dont understand why they came into the pck up area before I had rung them as instructed. Apart from that the service worked well.
