"We booked a valet service car service in February this year with Edward Lloyd parking. Whilst the car was under their care the safe with all the keys was stolen. Whilst we thought it was unfortunate that they had a movable safe in the first instance, we were prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt. However since then things have got worse. Despite promising at the time to pay the cost we paid for getting a new key cut they have failed to do so. Worse they are not responding to phone calls or emails. Of course things can go wrong for any organisation. However one of the marks of the professionalism of an organisation is how quickly and effectively they rectify and resolve problems when they occur. As well as having to wait for her they kept in touch to see if they could help and upon return the car was there and waiting for us within 10 minutes of us calling. "Good service overall - but I do have few comments:
1. Car was handed very clean and went back covered of mud everywhere - just for a duration of less than three days.
It was probably parked close to some kind of road works, But I will have to clean it again as a result.
Also it is more difficult to check the car paint at night with not such a good light in the Short Stay T4 Heathrow parking and hopefully the paint was not damaged by this mud spray which was thick on the side mirrors.
2. I had problems understand the English of the foreign person on the phone and in person. It did not help when after I check the outside of the car the service person went away shouting me in the distance that I had to drive the car to the ticket place.
3. As it was the first time I went to the T4 Short Stay car park I did not know where exactly to go for the ticket machines.
The exit was the place to go - because the person hand over the ticket when you go. It would have been good to know that in the first place.
4. This procedure makes your exit too fast - I did not have time to set-up my sat-nav. and had to do so when driving afterwards which was more difficult."

"These guys were rubbish. The quote system meant that they had the time we were leaving on our flight not the time we were arriving.
We rang them when we were 30 minutes from the airport and they said everything was good.
When we got there there was no one to meet us. When we rang the office the guy was rude and unhelpful. He kept saying that the guy was nearly there. It was cold and we were getting stressed because the parking police where telling us to move on. It took over 20 minutes after we got to the drop off for someone to turn up.
Then when we were inside we got a call from the guy running things to say that it was our fault and we had screwed up.
These guys need to learn about customer service. Of they are only going to be at the airport at the exact time then why do you need to ring them 30 minutes before the flight? If you ring them 30 minutes before as we did and give them your details which they confirm as correct, then why do they not send a driver to meet you? Why spend all that time looking to blame someone for a glitch while you stand there at the airport and a driver has not even been tasked to collect your car? Worst valet parking experience I have ever had"

"We rang half hour before we arrived as instructed but we had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to arrive. They weren't wearing uniform so it was difficult to pick them out from other people wandering through the car park, but they were polite and were helpful with the paperwork. When we flew back, we had a lost bag so took about an hour extra to get to the car park. They'd seen our flight come in and brought the car to the car park even though we hadn't rung them and they rang us to ask where we were and said they had to leave and come back, but they weren't annoyed or anything. We rang them once we had completed the lost luggage paperwork and they were there waiting when we got to the car park. They'd only travelled 20 miles in the car and it had no dinks.
