Directions

Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport, please follow signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure below:

Terminal 2:
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.

Terminal 3:
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3. Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.

Terminal 4:
Please drive to the Departures drop off area, there are 3 Lanes. Once you approach Terminal 4 DEPARTURES there are 3 lanes, please park in Lane A the 3rd lane away from the building. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

Terminal 5:
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

Please call the chauffeur on the number in your confirmation 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff, if you do then you will be asked to pay the CAR PARK TICKET.

Return procedure information

Return procedure

On your return, please call the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car. The driver will pay for 15 minutes waiting time in the car park but if you take longer than 15 minutes, you will be responsible for any additional parking fees due.

Terminal 2:
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 3:
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 4:
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to enter the arrivals hall, you will see an exit by W H Smith’s. Exit the building and walk straight over the Zebra crossing to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK. You will see some lifts on your left hand side; take them to Up to Level 2 Row F, when you exit the lifts turn left and follow the Off-Airport area this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 5:
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

This service is ideal for disabled access.

Please note that although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.

This parking operates between 04:30 and 23:00. Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £20.00 to be paid to the driver.

All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax.

When dropping your vehicle on Departure please make sure you receive a signed inspection sheet to clarify that any existing damage is noted. If you don't have this document to present on return, they cannot accept liability for any major or minor damage to your car.

Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. Should you arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.

If you arrive an hour after your booked time, there is a Late Arrival Charge of £10. If you arrive 2 hours or later, then there is a charge of £20 to pay the driver in cash on arrival.

Please note that the Short Stay Car Parks have the following height limits:
Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 4): 2.0m (6ft 6in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

Sadly used this company based on its reviews. They appeared to use my car as a taxi, left it full of mud and a number of other clients paperwork which we then had to leave with one of their competitors. Spoke to the driver about the original extra journeys as we have a tracker on the car, who said to speak to head office, emailed the company on two separate occasions to allow them to comment, never heard back from them. Best advice, pick another company

Dropping off and picking up car from Heathrow was very straightforward. Unfortunately found a scratch on the car door when picking the car up. Spoke to Shane and he dealt with the matter very professionally. Scratch was repaired and car returned cleaned inside and out. Thank you. Will be using your service again.

Avoid at all costs. What a group of thieving cowboys, I had to phone twice before dropping off, he called me back 5 mins later and asked if he could run two of his mates back to the parking lot in my car. He stood over me whilst I unloaded and demanded an extra 20 quid as I had put the wrong day return on by 1 day. I had booked parking for 14 days and the price was the same up to 16 days. Despite emailing them during my stay most of these were ignored and the most I got offered was a free valet next time i parked with them. On return to the car you also have to call them twice despite them saying they monitor the flights... What a joke after an 11-hour flight! They also drive your car 22 miles round trip to park it. Never again will I use. Never saw the 20 quid again despite their delivery driver promising they would be in touch... Liars

The company were very difficult to get hold of and very unorganised. We were kept waiting for a long time. We will not be using Edward Lloyd Meet and Greet again.
