"This the second time I have used this company, the first time was at Terminal 2 and there were problems with their instructions of where to take the car, they gave the wrong floor. "Parked our car with them and upon leaving the car they confirmed no damage however when we came to collect the car there was damage to the rear bumper as if someone had gone into something- we reported it straight away and before moving the car and also had confirmation from one of their drivers of the damage- emailed them with photographs and they turned around and disputed any damage was caused by them and stated they would not be liable for any repairs- really disgusted with their lack of interest or assistance and will not be ever using their services again. I would advise anyone using there services to avoid them, they may be cheap but the risks of getting your car back damaged are high"September 20, 2016
"Called at baggage reclaim told the car would be 2/3 minutes. Got to T5 car park, no sign of the car, told it would be another 20-30 minutes. Then claimed, despite the fact we had the call records, that we hadn't called them. Avoid at all costs"September 1, 2016
"I collected my car after leaving it with this company for 2 days at Heathrow and when I collected it after a 30 mins wait the passenger mirror was at an odd angle and I had to reset it.
I then noticed as I drove away that my badminton rackets were on the back seat and they had been in the boot when I dropped it off, had they used my car to transport something or suitcases etc maybe? The carpets inside were filthy and so was the outside which leads me to wonder where they parked it.
Then this morning I noticed that 3 of the doors have dents and one of them has paint scratched off!!!
After calling them they cannot understand you and just ask that you email them with the details, so I have but I am not holding my breath on a good outcome.
Personally I would not use these again, maybe Heathrow should look into their business as surely they must have a say in who can operate out of their car parks."
"Had to wait 15 minutes for the car once I had landed despite them having the flight times and despite me calling them from the baggage hall. When it came it was filthy as if it had been parked near a building site. It is a brand new £52,000 Mercedes and I expected them to take the same care that I do. "I found the delivery and the collection of car very efficient, however on ringing them 20mins before arrival at the airport they do not seem to understand a word you say to them.
On our return the car was there when they said it was however it looked like my car had been parked in a field and a few tractors had driven by at speed, there was mud all down the drivers side of the car (I have pics) also I found a half empty bottle of water down the side of the passenger seat (from marks and Spencer's, I do not drink this brand) that was not mine.
This spoilt the rest of the service provided.
Would I use them again? Prob not I'm afraid"

"I have been using airport parking for about eight years and this is the worst service I have ever received.
When I got to the airport my car was not ready was I had to wait two hours before it was taken to me.
When I got my car, it was infested with rat, I had to set a trap in my car as it ate up my papers and wires.
I definately would not use this service or recommend them to anyone."

- Park your vehicle in Lane 5, to the left of where "Permit Holders" is written on the floor.
but the lanes are not numbered and i could not see 'Permit Holders' written on the floor anywhere. A better instruction would be:
- Leave the M25 at junction 14, following signs for Terminal 3, Valet Drop-off Point.
- Park your vehicle in one of the Valet Drop off lane and call Drivefly who will dispatch a representative to collect your vehicle. If approached by angry parking attendants then explain to them that you are awaiting valet collection from an approved operator and they will leave you alone."
"The DriveFly Heathrow service I would definitely NOT recommend. My car was returned with the bonnet no longer fitting flush to the body on one side. According to Halfords, the staff may have had to use jump leads but closed the bonnet with some tool left in the gap, causing the hinge to be bent on that side. The only clue to this on the collection day was the driver saying the car was difficult to start (in broken English). This damage was not visible to the eye under the dim lights of terminal 4 car park. When I noticed this a few days later, they were slow to respond by email and then refused all liability, as you might expect. Bad experience, lesson learned..."January 27, 2016
"I am a regular through London Heathrow and have to say the experience yesterday with Drive Fly was the worst ever and I for one will never use them again. The driver turned up 20 mins after I called, was very evasive, tried to disappear without validating my parking, could hardly speak English and then claimed he did not have the authority to validate and had to wait for another colleague....another 10 minutes wasted. When I started to complain he got aggressive, never, never, never ever again.
To make matters worse, my drive cam had been removed from the windscreen and the wires left dangling down.....what are you guys trying to hide?
Folks, do yourself a favour......you get what you pay for and these guys do not give a crap about customer service so how do they look after your car when you are away!!!!"
"Very bad service from Simply Park/Drive Fly! The pick-up, drop-off service is a great idea, but you should think seriously before leaving your car to be driven by strangers.
I got my car back filthy, with mud on the inside (drivers side), on the inside of the door and all over the carpets.
On the outside the car was equally as bad, with heavy dirt around the back of the wheel arches and all over the side skirts. The car looked like it had been driven hard, so I checked my miles per gallon indicator and it read only 18! On the surrounding motorway roads this is difficult to achieve.
I complained and was told i would be credited £15 so I could clean my car, but I never received this.
I also went to my Credit Card company and they said I could not claim as under the Sale of Goods and Services Act you cannot make a claim if the value is under £100."

"The meet greet worked reasonable well, I was contacted in advance of arrival, as promised, but was dissapointed to be told tha I was not to be met outside theterminal , but needed to progres to level 5 on the short-stay car park. It was explaned to me that "at busy times, it is too crowded at the drop-off point, so ask customers to arriv eat teh short-stay park". But while it was being explained we were looking down on teh drop-off and it was not busy. So left a sour taste.
On my return it did work as advertised. i called after collecting teh lugage and th ecar arrived in 10 minutes or so."
