For the ultimate in convenience this Meet and Greet service serves Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. Different arrangements apply for dropping your car off and picking it up depending on which terminal you are flying from. In all instances a uniformed chauffeur will meet you and take your car to a fully secure car park. Drop-offs and pick-ups must fall between the hours of 4 a.m. and midnight. Out-of-hours service may be available at a cost of £25.

Terminal 2:
Enter tunnel for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park.
Continue to keep right and enter the car park on Level 4, continue left down the spiral to Level 2 following the signs for “off airport parking” and park your vehicle in "Row B". This is where you will be met by one of our chauffeurs.

Terminal 3:
When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 3, Valet drop off point.
Park your vehicle in Lane 5 (furthest lane away from the Terminal Building).
You will see a sign on the floor marked “Permit Holders” on the left hand side, park your vehicle there, where you will be met by our chauffeur.

Terminal 4:
When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 1, departure drop off, as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left lane, and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal. Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked “Permit Holders”, park your vehicle there, where you will be met by our chauffeur.

Terminal 5:
Head towards the pick-up and departure point which will direct you up the flyover. Keep your vehicle on the right side of the ramp. - Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp - After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, keep in the left-hand lane marked "Fast track Business Parking" - Drive to the Barrier and take a ticket - Make your way to Zones L-M and park your vehicle, where you will be greeted by the chauffeur.

Arrival procedure

Please check your booking confirmation for details.

You will be called 20-30 minutes prior to your arrival time to confirm your drop off time. In the event that you do not receive a phone call from Drivefly within this time, please call their office on 0800 731 6617 or 07540 465745.

On arrival you will be greeted by a chauffeur, who has your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket with a Drivefly company logo on it. Please ring 07545 004 379 or 0800 731 6617 ASAP if your arrival time changes on the day of arrival.

Return procedure

Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.

Terminal 2
Once you are ready to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected.
Make your way to the same location you left your vehicle; Level 2 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row "B" next to the lift/pay machines.

Terminal 3:
As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to level 1 short stay car park. Go over the bridge which connects the short stay car park. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say “Off Air Meet & Greet” in zone A furthest point on your right hand side as you enter the Short Stay Car park.

Terminal 4:
As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say “Off Air Meet & Greet” at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side.

Terminal 5:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call one of the following numbers: 0800 7316617 / 07541966186 / 07545004379 - Proceed to your designated car collection point, where your chauffeur will greet you!

The car park where your car will be stored has Security fencing-Barbed wire with CCTV, security lighting, with 24-hour security.

Additional information

Please be aware that the arrivals and departures services as detailed above are only available if pickup and return times are between 04:00 and 00:00. Collection after midnight if available will be subject to a £25 out of hours fee.

A mobile number must be provided while purchasing the booking.

You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant.

You will not be able to wait on the departures level therefore you must arrive at the agreed meeting time. If you anticipate arriving earlier, please call the number provided. If your arrival time changes please notify us on the number supplied as soon as possible.

Airport Access Fee

Except for APH and Park and Go, price excludes £7.00 (£3.50 each way) Airport Access Fee.

This is to cover the cost of new charges being levied by Heathrow Airport to all Off Airport Meet and Greet operators for the use of the forecourts at drop-off and new designated collection areas within the short term car parks.

"This the second time I have used this company, the first time was at Terminal 2 and there were problems with their instructions of where to take the car, they gave the wrong floor. This time at terminal 5 everything went very smoothly and the car was waiting for me on my return. I would use them again."

"I found the delivery and the collection of car very efficient, however on ringing them 20mins before arrival at the airport they do not seem to understand a word you say to them.
On our return the car was there when they said it was however it looked like my car had been parked in a field and a few tractors had driven by at speed, there was mud all down the drivers side of the car (I have pics) also I found a half empty bottle of water down the side of the passenger seat (from marks and Spencer's, I do not drink this brand) that was not mine.
This spoilt the rest of the service provided.
Would I use them again? Prob not I'm afraid"

"the T3 instructions say: Terminal 3:
- Leave the M25 at junction 14, following signs for Terminal 3, Valet Drop-off Point.
- Park your vehicle in Lane 5, to the left of where "Permit Holders" is written on the floor.

but the lanes are not numbered and i could not see 'Permit Holders' written on the floor anywhere. A better instruction would be:
- Leave the M25 at junction 14, following signs for Terminal 3, Valet Drop-off Point.
- Park your vehicle in one of the Valet Drop off lane and call Drivefly who will dispatch a representative to collect your vehicle. If approached by angry parking attendants then explain to them that you are awaiting valet collection from an approved operator and they will leave you alone."
