Directions

From M20/A20:
- Drive into Dover, pass over 3 roundabouts and join Snargate Street.
- Take the 1st exit from the 4th roundabout for York Street.
- Follow the road to the next roundabout and take the 2nd exit, which will bring you onto the High Street.
- Continue through 4 sets of traffic lights and turn left into Coombe Valley Road at the 5th set of lights.
- Continue to the next roundabout and take the 1st exit off, bringing you into Poulton Close Industrial Estate.
- Continue for a short distance, the car park is on the right just past Coombes Kitchen Cafe.

From M2/A2:
- Leave M2 at J7 and take the A2 to Dover.
- Drive directly into Dover heading for Whitfield roundabout where McDonalds is located.
- Take the 4th exit off the roundabout onto Whitfield Hill.
- Take the 1st exit off the next roundabout joining London Road (A256).
- Continue passing the 1st set of lights at Crabble and continue to the bottom of the road where there are lights adjacent to Hollis Motors.
- Continue through the lights onto Buckland Ave.
- Carry on straight through the 3rd set of traffic lights and turn right into Cherry Tree Ave.
- Go to the end of the road, at the lights turn right, then take the 1st left at the next set of lights into Coombe Valley Road. Follow the directions as above.

On your return: You will need to catch the Courtesy Shuttle Bus to take you back to the car park.

Arrival procedure

Customers are asked to drive directly to the compound and report to the office with their booking reference. A Relyon driver will park your car and you will be transferred to the terminal by the Courtesy Shuttle Bus.

Departure procedure

Please check your booking confirmation for details.

Please call the number in your confirmation for the courtesy shuttle bus to take you to the car park. It will arrive outside the Travel Centre (on the right side of the terminal, ground floor). Then collect your keys from reception and you'll be ready to drive home.

- You will be required to leave your keys.

- They offer a grace period for the day you are arriving/departing at their discretion, as long as you arrive/depart on the day you're supposed to. This may be subject to an overstay charge and you'll need to call the car park in advance to let them know. This is subject to change.

- Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

- Minimum stay/charges may apply at this car park at certain times of the year.
