Directions

Follow the M2/A2 or M20/A20 route to Dover and then signs for the Eastern Docks and the multi-storey car park. Both the A2 and the A20 will lead you right to the docks.

Arrival procedure

Follow signs for the multi-storey car park. The car park has an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, so make sure you enter your vehicle registration number correctly when you make your booking. You should bring your booking confirmation with you.
Drive up to the entry barrier. The machine will read and recognise your car registration number. The barrier will lift. Park your car in any space from level 3A upwards and transfer to the port.

If the barrier does not lift, press the button and quote your booking reference number.

Drive to the exit barrier. The barrier will read your number plate and will open. If the barrier does not lift, press the button and quote your booking reference number.

Please park from level 3A upwards.
If you stay for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park's standard daily rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, you will not be given a refund.

"We were unsure if we should take a ticket or not at the barrier when we entered the carpark, but we pressed the help button and the Barrier lifted. The same happend when we left the car park, so all was well, but felt it could have been made clearer in the instructions we were given.
Apart from that, it was very very easy way to park."

"It was the first time I have used this service and I was very pleased. The number plate recognition worked. However, I was a little concerned if I would find a parking place as I had to go up to the top floor. The top floor is outside and when i returned from my trip. Seagulls had deposited over my car. I would use the service again. At the moment there is a lot of construction work going on but I feel when this has been completed it will be a very efficient service."

"excellent service, no problems getting in or out of car park. Only comment wold be that car park spaces are quite small, so had to look around for a double space so could get out of car once parked. we have a standard size family car"

"Car park is under-cover and safe. However, on arrival the automatic number plate recognition system failed to recognise my number plat, and I had to speak to staff to sort it out."
