Only point I feel needs mentioning is that it's £3.50 to exit carpark on return journey which you do inform us at the point of sale. But if you are longer than 10mins from the time your vehicle enters carpark for collection, you have to pay £1 per minute thereafter. You really need to be so quick to load cases and drive, hoping no queue to exit. We only just made it. Thought that was very excessive."

"What a waste of money ??
I chose the meet & greet option for a cost of £45 .
The Sat Nav post code on the email was totally incorrect & took me to the incorrect location at the airport.
When I arrived back on Monday evening at the scheduled time there was no one to meet me in the arrival hall as promised, I then went to the area in the orange car park where I had dropped my car on Friday morning but so sign of my car there either, I phoned the mobile no on the email from Park & Go email & was advised that my car would be there in 10 mins , after 20 mins there was still no sign of the car so I phoned again to be advised that my car was in the orange car park waiting for me , I eventually found it in a total different area to where I had dropped it on Friday morning.
The guy gave me the keys & the ticket to exit car park , I went to the ticket machine with 3 pounds coins as adviced on the email from Park & Go to discover that the cost was now £ 4.50 .
I went back to my car to get the additional money & then the machine wouldn't accept it , I called the help button & was advised to try a different ticked machine or my debit card , I tried this but again no joy , please note that there was a lady at the same ticket machines who was also struggling to make a payment!!
I hit the call button again & this time was advised to go to the exit barrier & press the call button to explain what has happened, this was another wait of at least 5mins before I made the payment with my debit card and eventually escaped the car park , I have to admit that by this time I was quite stressed with a severe headache.
So what a nightmare over all , next time it will be Stanstead express & I will definitely be advising all my frequent traveler friend never to use this so called "Meet & Greet " option from Park & Go at Stanstead airport."

"What's the point of using Meet and Greet when they damage your car and then refuse to believe you. They scrapped my driver side door - immediately obvious when reclaiming the vehicle. No trouble says the man in the high vis jacket we'll take some photo's and Customer Servuices will be in touch within 3 days. No such luck - after a week I tried to contact them on the Customer Services telephone number. No luck - goes to voicemail, which is full. Finally got an e-mail saying they couldn't accept the claim - I asked for the photo's - no response - I e-mailed in reply (note e-mail Customer Services is an.es address - is this really in Spain?) Left another message, as NOBODY within Stanstead or Manchester Airport Group would acknowledge responsibility for parking, Left my mobile number - but guess what nothing heard. COMPLETE DISGRACE - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU CAN AVOID USING THEM DO SO I WILL."September 7, 2016

"When phoning to say 20 minutes away man on end of phone had no details of our booking. Despite reassuring the man we had paid online he responded "I could really do without this" and had a rude manner.
Despite this, car was collected and returned with ease and no marks.
On return "old instructions on the paperwork" meant we were waiting in the wrong area.
All in all terrible customer service but did the job."
"Although the personnel involved are thoroughly nice guys, upon our return the number we were required to call was a T-Mobile answer phone that was unable to take messages so we couldn't let them know we were back and needed our vehicle. Had to call the main office in York as the only contact number that I luckily had on me and this got sorted out. "Booked meet and greet for 04:00 for a 06:05 flight from Stanstead. The instructions stated phone 20 minutes before arrival, we were early about 04:20 when I first phoned, call went to voicemail, phoned again at 10 minute intervals calls continued to go to voicemail. By 03:50 began to panic and head for the long stay car park tried to call one last time at 03:55 finally got answer to be told bluntly that the office doesn't open till 4 thats why my calls hadn't been answered it says this on the website!
