"What's the point of using Meet and Greet when they damage your car and then refuse to believe you. They scrapped my driver side door - immediately obvious when reclaiming the vehicle. No trouble says the man in the high vis jacket we'll take some photo's and Customer Servuices will be in touch within 3 days. No such luck - after a week I tried to contact them on the Customer Services telephone number. No luck - goes to voicemail, which is full. Finally got an e-mail saying they couldn't accept the claim - I asked for the photo's - no response - I e-mailed in reply (note e-mail Customer Services is an.es address - is this really in Spain?) Left another message, as NOBODY within Stanstead or Manchester Airport Group would acknowledge responsibility for parking, Left my mobile number - but guess what nothing heard. COMPLETE DISGRACE - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU CAN AVOID USING THEM DO SO I WILL."September 7, 2016

"When phoning to say 20 minutes away man on end of phone had no details of our booking. Despite reassuring the man we had paid online he responded "I could really do without this" and had a rude manner.
Despite this, car was collected and returned with ease and no marks.
On return "old instructions on the paperwork" meant we were waiting in the wrong area.
All in all terrible customer service but did the job."
"Although the personnel involved are thoroughly nice guys, upon our return the number we were required to call was a T-Mobile answer phone that was unable to take messages so we couldn't let them know we were back and needed our vehicle. Had to call the main office in York as the only contact number that I luckily had on me and this got sorted out. The reason provided was that the mobile was probably unable to pick up a signal at that time. Not really a meet and greet triumph."September 2, 2015
"Booked meet and greet for 04:00 for a 06:05 flight from Stanstead. The instructions stated phone 20 minutes before arrival, we were early about 04:20 when I first phoned, call went to voicemail, phoned again at 10 minute intervals calls continued to go to voicemail. By 03:50 began to panic and head for the long stay car park tried to call one last time at 03:55 finally got answer to be told bluntly that the office doesn't open till 4 thats why my calls hadn't been answered it says this on the website! I did not see this when I booked and not sure that it does and why let you book for 04:00? On a plus the car was returned promptly with only 18 miles on the clock."August 31, 2015

As is, we went to the wrong place - the short term carpark - avoid that at all costs - but found them in the end."
They picked up the car with minimum fuss and met us within 5 mins of us coming out of the airport.
One thing I was unhappy with was it seemed that they parked the car under a tree and it was covered in bird shit when we got back but the guy said he'd give us a discount on our next trip so all's well."

"My booking was for 5am but when I called 15 minutes before, the phone went to answer phone. I got through to someone eventually and they were quick to arrive. My return flight on the same day had been delayed by snow and my booking was for 23.30 but we got back nearer to 00.10. I could not start the car as the battery had been run down by the service using the heater, fan, radio, lights and hazard lights prior to my arrival. I was worried to hear that if the flight had been any more delayed I would not have got my car and would have been stranded until the morning! I think this should have been more clearly warned when booking.
On the plus side, the young man, Nick, was polite and helpful - starting my car with jump leads. Nick seems to work a very long shift!"
