Please call 01279 682230 (Option 1) when you are 10 minutes from the airport.

Express Set Down: Follow signs for Express Set Down located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive to the area marked Zone C located centrally on the right-hand side of the terminal road.

If there are issues with the forecourt, you may be asked to go to the Orange Short Stay Car Park instead (please do not go there unless you are asked to when you call). Follow signs to the terminal. As you approach the terminal, follow signs for short stay car parking and head for the furthest car park, signposted 'Orange Short Stay Car Park'. Take a ticket and follow the road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left-hand side, park and your driver will meet you there. Please make sure you hand your car park ticket to the driver.

Return procedure

Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling 01279 682230 (Option 1) to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. Due to new tariffs on the forecourt, your car is unable to be on the forecourt for more than 10 minutes so it is essential you are ready to collect your car and exit the forecourt within the 10-minute period. Otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees (£50 over 10 minutes).

On occasions the airport will make operational changes to the forecourt. You will be informed if this is the case when you call and our alternative return point is the Orange Short Stay Car park. When exiting the terminal turn left towards the stairs and go down one level to Orange Short Stay Car park. This car park has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car; otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees.

The car park has 24 hour security and has barrier entry, lighting and CCTV. The car park holds the 'Park Mark' safer parking award.

The car park is open 365 days a year.

Due to the forecourt tariffs changing at Stansted it is essential that you call the number on your confirmation Option 1 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Failure to do may result in extra charges of £50 being imposed.

I Love Stansted to Gatwick

Please note this booking is only suitable if your flight out is from Stansted and you return into Gatwick at the end of your trip. You drop your car off on the forecourt at Stansted and collect it at your return terminal at Gatwick.

On arrival at Stansted, please follow the arrival instructions above.

Your return instruction when you return to Gatwick are as follows:
To ensure all clients have a fast and efficient service, please collect all your luggage, clear customs and when you are in the arrivals hall call the number on your confirmation to have your car delivered. There is a no waiting policy at this terminal so please ensure you are ready to collect your car when you call.

North Terminal Returns:
Exit the building on the ground floor, walk between the 2 cars parks opposite and wait in the far end of the set down area.

South Terminal Returns:
Follow signs for 'Courtesy Coaches', exit the building and take a lift down to the ground floor. Cross to the outside lane where your car will be delivered to you.

I Love Stansted to Heathrow

Please note this booking is only suitable if your flight out is from Stansted and you return into Heathrow at the end of your trip where Drivefly will return your car. You drop your car off on the Stansted forecourt and collect it at your return terminal at Heathrow.

On arrival at Stansted, please follow the arrival instructions above.

Your return instruction when you return to Heathrow are as follows:
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, please call the number on your confirmation. The car park will pay for the first 15 minutes of parking but you will be responsible for any further exit fees.

Terminal 2 Returns:
Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row B next to the lift/pay machines.

Terminal 3 Returns:
As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW "A".

Terminal 4 Returns:
As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the "pay machine" which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say "Off Air Meet & Greet" at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side.

Terminal 5 Returns:
Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row "R" OR "S".

All Heathrow Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:
Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 4 (Short Stay Car Park 4): Height limit: 2.0m (6ft 6in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £15.00 payable to the chauffeur on collection of your car. If your return time passes midnight from your actual paid booking date, and your car needs to be delivered after midnight, an additional charge of £25.00 is applied.
