You will be met at Terminal itself but your vehicle will be stored at Stansted Prestige Storage, located a short distance away from airport.
Transfers from airport
Transfers are not required as you will be met at the terminal.

From all major roads, please follow signs for Stansted Airport. Please check the instruction below.
Arrival procedure
On the day of your arrival, please call the car park 20 minutes before you arrive to arrange a member of the team to meet you in a designated car park. The number to call is 07930 648536. (If you are travelling north on the M11 then you will need to call us when you're at Harlow Junction 7. If you are travelling south on the M11 please call us when you are at Saffron Walden Junction 10). Arrive at the Short Stay Car Park where a member of the team will be waiting to check and collect your vehicle. On your arrival at the Short Stay Car Park, a copy of the Condition Report Form will be completed and photos taken to record petrol, mileage and any pre-existing damage to your vehicle. This will only take a few minutes. Once the Condition Report Form has been checked and signed by you, you will be free to continue to Check In and your vehicle will be safely transported to the Secure Storage Facility.
Return procedure
Once your return flight has landed, please call the car park once you have cleared Passport Control and collected ALL of your remaining luggage to arrange the return of your vehicle. After successfully informing the car park of your return, please make your way to the Short Stay Car Park where a member of the team will be waiting with your vehicle. You will be asked to sign the same copy of the Condition Report Form that was completed on arrival to confirm your vehicle is in the same condition as when you first handed them your keys. Once you are satisfied with the Condition Report, they will hand you back your keys and you will be free to leave.
Please note, there will be extra £3.00 to be paid for car park exit on your return.
Security
Your vehicle will be parked in a secure compound with 8ft security fencing, 24hr manned patrols with flood lighting.

We are about to take them to a small claims court for damaging our car and not taking responsibility for it. They have not answered my last 2 letters too them and it is now a matter of principle I don't mind if it costs me. Like a previous reviewer the car was returned muddy underneath as well as foots steps inside. They were also 25 minutes late to pick us up with no apology. We use meet and greet services approx 7 times a year and would never use this company again.

The firm provided the service shown on the tin. We were met on time on a chilly very early morning (ie 4.30am!) by a polite and helpful man and similarly the driver from the company met us within less than five minutes on our return. Excellent service.

The driver arrived at the airport more or less on time when we dropped off our vehicle however we had to wait 25 minutes for it to be returned to us. There were muddy footprints in the passenger side of the car and the seat was reclined. I do not appreciate dirty marks being left in my vehicle and my seat settings being changed by people who are only supposed to be in my vehicle for a short period of time. There was no genuine apology for having to wait for them. I have used many meet and greet services at Gatwick and have never had a problem. I would never use this company again.

They didn’t turn up. I rang them for 27 minutes on both numbers. Nobody answered. Nobody has come back to me. I had to pay very expensive, last minute parking at the airport. Do not use these people
