"Kept waiting for nearly half an hour for the car on our return. It was reasonably chilly standing around - I'm glad it wasn't raining or very cold. My little boy was getting quite bored. We booked the Meet and Greet so that we could get straight off after landing, so disappointed with the service."

"The service was very prompt, both with meeting to collect the car before the departure and on our return. The drivers were friendly and proffesional. My only dissapointment was that my front passengers mat was covered in oil. There also was oil on the gear stick. This leaves me a little concerened about using the service again. Especially as I will have to replace the mat, which in turn means the whole set so they are co-ordinated."

"Everything fine except car very dirty especially at the back - dirt with leaves, slugs and a snail in it's shell!
Very dirty carpets on driver and passenger side - had just cleaned them at garage the day before leaving car at Stansted with representative on 15th June. cannot rate 4 or 5 because of this."

"Everything worked well but it was poor on the paperwork side of things at drop off and pick up. There was no inspection report made and no receipt for the car handed to the driver. At pick up there was no ID required from me meaning that 'anybody' could have driven the car away. Suggest you tighten-up on this aspect of your process. Otherwise, 5/5!"

"I had my flights at 7.20 in the morning,so i booked parking from 4.30- which I thought will give me stress free start for my travel.The night before I had text on my phone that my booking is valid from 4.15 to 5am. We were 5 min late and person on the phone told us that he cant wait any longer and we have to pay 20£ to the driver.I think it was out of order- we payed 87.75£ and then we have to give extra money.we didnt get any return vehicle document"

"The car park service was very, very good. We dropped our car off at departures, which was great as we had 4 cases and have 2 young children. Our arrival home was the same, as we were greeted right outside the door. Great communication and a very friendly service. The valet service that we took was also very welcome. We would use again. Many thanks."

"on consideration we would not use this operator again. problems started when we were about to arrive at stansted, having been told to phone ahead 30 mins before arrival. we phoned 22 minutes beforehand only to find no driver there and noone answering the phone - it took 4 calls before someone answered. not confidence inspiring. however when the driver turned up he was pleasant.
returning was a different experience. to start with they will not provide you in advance of where you are supposed to meet them after clearing baggage reclaim and customs.
i phoned when we arrived, again they refused to tell us where to meet and said to phone once we had baggage.
they told us later i had given wrong mobile number and i cannot verify this, but they also told us subsequently that the driver 'had lost his phone'. so on leaving the airport noone answered the official number and we had had no details of where to meet. i phoned at least 10 times.
my teenage daughter eventually got through to them and was reduced to tears by their rudeness (will you and your mates stop messing around...!)
impossible to tell whether they had genuinely lost their phone or not, but not fun at night after a long journey."
