From the A120 follow signs for Stansted Airport. From here follow signs for the short stay car parks. Enter the Red Short Stay car park and it is here the chauffeur driver will meet you.

Sat nav users: Please note not all sat nav devices are 100% accurate. Please allow plenty of time to get to your destination and use the full address supplied.

Arrival procedure

Important: Please call the number on your confirmation approx. 30 mins before your pre-booked arrival time.

On arrival at Stansted you must enter the RED SHORT STAY CAR PARK, which is situated to the front of the main terminal on Terminal Road South, here our uniformed representative will meet you at the canopied walkway entrance to the terminal. Providing you have called us 30 minutes before pre-booked arrival time as instructed above, they will inspect your vehicle for any damage and issue a numbered “return vehicle document”. Please keep this safe.

Please note: Click Parking Solutions give you 30 minutes either side of your pre-booked time for arrival, should you be outside of this they may charge you an extra £20. Please hand only vehicle keys to the driver.

Return procedure

You will be given full instructions on arrival.

Please be advised that after collecting your car from the short stay car park, you will need to pay approx. £2.80 to exit.

Security

The site is gated with security fencing and full CCTV.

Additional information

Please remove all keys other than those for your vehicle from your keyring as car park will only take responsibility for vehicle keys.

Great service, called 20 out of stanstead and they were there within 5 minutes of my arrival. Got back earlier than expected and still only had to wait 10 minutes for my car to be returned to me. Will definitely use again on my next trip

Kept waiting for nearly half an hour for the car on our return. It was reasonably chilly standing around - I'm glad it wasn't raining or very cold. My little boy was getting quite bored. We booked the Meet and Greet so that we could get straight off after landing, so disappointed with the service.

The service was very prompt, both with meeting to collect the car before the departure and on our return. The drivers were friendly and proffesional. My only dissapointment was that my front passengers mat was covered in oil. There also was oil on the gear stick. This leaves me a little concerened about using the service again. Especially as I will have to replace the mat, which in turn means the whole set so they are co-ordinated.
