"Utterly appalling. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I was 5 mins over the time and the guy refused to wait instead abandoning me and my car in the he car park. My phone had run out and I had to borrow a stranger's phone. They told me they would be 5 mins but were more like 15 and consequently I had to pay and additional £10 to get car out of the park. "I wouldn't recommend this company. The drop off was fine but on the return I called after getting my luggage as expected to be told that they weren't expecting me and had to find my car! I was then told it would be 35 mins before the car was returned. This defeats the whole objective of 'greet', they have the flight details and know what time the plane lands so why get you to call after picking up luggage and then have to wait for 35 mins?? It didn't feel like a very professional set up and I won't be using them again. Have used many other meet and greet in the past and others are better."December 29, 2014

The customer service was shoddy at best.
I was kept waiting for over 35 minutes after I had confirmed my arrival and that I'd picked up my luggage. Was told the driver was just around the corner, several times and when the driver did finally turn up, he just shrugged and gave me my car keys back and walked off !"

"We have used meet & greet many times at gatwick . Although the drop off and collection was actually good my car was not. The boot of my car had a random box in which did not belong to us and when we questioned the driver no explanation was given. When I got in to my car there were two plastic tea cups complete with old tea bags, dirty tissues and napkins wedged in the centre consul. This is absolutely unacceptable the steering wheel and indictaors were also very sticky. We never eat or drink in our car as it has light cream interior. I have emailed twice a complaint to the company and they haven't replied. I would personally not recommend them and pay a couple of pounds more and use another company."October 31, 2014

People where there to meet me swiftly on arrival.
It took 45 minutes from the time I called when I landed... for the car to come... I thought I was only 10-15....
When I did ask the driver who dropped the car off about the delay... he informed me he had got the car there within 8 minutes... gave me my ticket and then told me there's £3 to pay at the machine... I thought I had already paid in full."

On return had to wait 40 mins for car to get back to me, looked like they had been rallying around a field with the car, had to make 15 phone calls and it sounded like the person was driving when I phoned, keep away."
"This is the second time i have used this service and i hoped the wait to collect the car would be shorter than the first occasion when i used them back in July.
The first concern i have is that after you have booked and paid, only then are you advised that you car may occur mileage of up to 25miles. This information should be given prior to the booking. On arrival to drop your car off, you are advised to contact a duty mobile number 20 mins before arrival to ensure someone is there to greet you. On attempting this i made 18 calls, all of which were cut off! I was answered on th 19th by my using a different mobile number and by this time we had arrived at the car park., resulting in a 10 minuite wait for someone to collect your keys from you.
After returing from holiday you adivsed to contact the same duty mobile but only after you have collected suitcase. This time i had no luggage therefore i rang as soon as i steped off the plane. I was informed that they were extrememly busy and i would have to wait for around 30-40 mins for my car to be bought back to me. The actual waiting time was 50 mins which i was very unhappy about. When someone did arrive i received no apology and the driver promptly handed over my keys and took back my recieipt without a word. The customers service is completely non existant and very poor.
I saved only about £5 by using this service and in future i shall pay the extra and go with Airparks as my experience with them previously had been very good.
They advertise that someone will be at the lift to meet you on arrival and when you return. On both occasions this did not happen. I could have been home in the time it took to wait for my car to arrive back to me.
I would never use this service again and would advise anyone to avoid it completely."

"Service was OK. Quick responses to telephone calls. On return to LGW there was a flight delay of over 4 hours due air disruption caused by a suspect parcel discovered at Luton Airport. I texted Gatwick Airparking as soon as I learned about the delay before take-off, but it still took about 45 minutes for them deliver the car and I had to pay the £3 parking fee in addition."September 9, 2014
