Excellent service which we couldn't fault. We frequently use Meet & Greet services for both business and pleasure trips and this was by far one of the best.

Booking was easy and simple
Drop off was easy and the attendant was accommodating as I arrive a little early so caled him to check if it was OK and he was already there amd waiting so great.I gave the attandant my return flight details, number and day, as he told me that they would check the flight details to ensure that the car would be ready for when I returned.
Return was a problem as I arrived back late on Friday night and when I called the number the car was not ready. Talk with the chap several times and it turned out that they went on the details from the booking form, rather than the flight details. I had put in a time of 23.45 to allow for potential flight delays so I would not be charged. I thought that when I gave the drop off attendant they would reference the flight details. I ended up waiting for 40 mins for the chap to come wiht my car at around midnight on Friday. He was apologetic.Looks like there was not a hand off of information between the team members. Also it would be a good idea to capture the flight details at the time of booking to avoid this problem.

Great service. Just drop your car and go. On return car waiting for you and then straight home. Definetly use this service again.

We had no issues with the meet and greet on arrival at the airport when we were on our way out of the uk but on arrival back into the uk we had to wait 45 minutes for our car to be returned back to us. Based on the service we received we will be very reluctant to use Anglo Parks in the future and would not recommomend your service to any fiends or relatives.

Went to Gran Caaria- met them at 5am on a Sunday and returned following Sunday at 5pm- on time, courteous and will definitely use again- good value for money

Good service on both pick up and delivery - we'd struggled with our baggage being delayed on return (1.5 hours!) and even through this, the gentleman was very polite and friendly. I'd recommend.

Very prompt and polite service
First time we've used this type of parking , and it saves alot of hassle of lugging cases onto buses for the transfer from the carparks
Also saves time and means you can set off that bit later for the early departures

There was a long wait as we arrived at BHX airport for the driver to deal with us as he was busy dealing with too many customers all at the same time. Upon arrival home we phoned as instructed as we collected our baggage. We were kept waiting 30 mins standing in the car park having telephoned the mob number several times. It would have been quicker to take a bus to the off site car park. And to top things off our car had very low pressure in the rear tyre and was completely flat upon our arrival home. On the whole not a brilliant experience the service was poor.

Having waited twenty minutes for car to be returned, I expected to be met outside Arrivals (as I have been when using previous "meet&greet" services.
In the event, the car was brought to the short-stay carpark and we were left waiting at Arrivals until the chauffeur telephoned us again to see where we were.
I shall not be using this operator again.

This is an excellent service, making the experience of arriving back at the airport late at night after a relaxing holiday a lot less stressful. The staff were helpful both on departure and arrival.

I was initially hesitant to use a "Meet and Greet" service, never having done so before. However, it was so easy, with such friendly and efficient staff! It was far more convenient and much cheaper than getting a taxi, and much, much easier than negotiating huge car parks and shuttle buses at night. It also saved a lot of time, being effectively door-to-door service. I will certainly use this company again, and would heartily recommend the service! Well done, AngloParks - you do a great job!

Have previously reported that this is a friendly, good-value service. This time delayed 9 days by volcano but not charged any extra. Nice to see one company that wasn't cashing in on the situation.
Sadly, although company acknowledged my email reporting delay, the arrival time was not conveyed to staff. Suggest internal communications need improving.

It's a great service and very convenient, provided your booking is logged properly. We had some confusion on arrival (quickly sorted & no lost time) but had to wait 20 minutes for the return of our car, as our return flight had inexplicably been booked as 1445 instead of 1045!
Reason given was that systems are being changed and some reservations seem to have gone awry. I'll give the benefit of the doubt & would definitely use the service again.

Arrival side was good with clear directions and driver available on arriving at airport.
Return not so good, we had to wait 1 hour from phone call to delvery of car. Although staff were all pleasant and apologised for situation it would have been better to be more honest as to when car would be dropped off.

Good on the way to the flight, but on the return, our flight had been delayed, we arrived hungry and then had to wait an hour for our car in the cold as they had told us 10 mins when we were getting our luggage and they kept promising us that it would be with us soon.

Great service - very friendly staff. We were delayed by 24 hours due to snow and they were very efficient - car waiting (and lovely and warm!) when we left the terminal. Highly recommended.

Two part review!
1. Arrival- everything went to plan. Met as arranged and exchanged details, etc - very speedy and efficient
2. Return - rang as arranged from luggage collection. Anglo Parks had lost my paperwork. Rang again and they said there would be a delay, no explanation and they would let me know when the car would arrive.
Rang again after 20mins - no reply.
Rang again - the car would be there in 10 mins.
Went out to meet and greet spot - no sign of car just plenty of disgruntled Anglo Parks customers.
Anglo Parks staff then appeared - but no car - this time my car would only be a another 5 mins.
Car then arrived - took car and drove home - 1 hour 20mins after 1st phone call. Arrived home to find a dent on n/s front wheel arch - O Joy!
