Drive onto Birmingham airport and follow signs to the drop and go car park. Collect a ticket from the barrier and enter the drop and go car park. Find a space, preferably on the right row near the barrier you entered, where you will be met by a AngloPark uniformed driver.
Please call the number in your booking confirmation some 20 minutes before arrival time to confirm you are on course. When you are at the Birmingham Airport follow signs to the drop and go car park. Collect a ticket from the barrier and enter the drop and go car park. Find a space, preferably on the right row near the barrier you entered. You will be met by a uniformed driver who will check over your car, collect your email booking confirmation and take your car keys (please separate any keys not relating to your vehicle). Your car will be driven to a secured compound while you proceed directly to check in.
Once you have collected your baggage and are ready to clear customs, please call AngloParks and proceed to arrivals. Your car will be delivered to the same point where you were met on arrival.
The storage site is fully fenced and floodlit, with regular hour patrols.
Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored at a secured location, subject to their terms and conditions. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with clause 6 of our Terms and Conditions.
AngloParks Meet and Greet is a suitable service which can be used by disabled customers.
You will be required to leave your keys.
No mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked. Cars are stored five miles away. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car parks standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
In order to book this service you will be required to provide the following info: Inbound & Outbound Flight Numbers, Airport Terminals, Car Details & Contact Telephone Number (preferably a mobile number).

Booking was easy and simple
Drop off was easy and the attendant was accommodating as I arrive a little early so caled him to check if it was OK and he was already there amd waiting so great.I gave the attandant my return flight details, number and day, as he told me that they would check the flight details to ensure that the car would be ready for when I returned.
Return was a problem as I arrived back late on Friday night and when I called the number the car was not ready. Talk with the chap several times and it turned out that they went on the details from the booking form, rather than the flight details. I had put in a time of 23.45 to allow for potential flight delays so I would not be charged. I thought that when I gave the drop off attendant they would reference the flight details. I ended up waiting for 40 mins for the chap to come wiht my car at around midnight on Friday. He was apologetic.Looks like there was not a hand off of information between the team members. Also it would be a good idea to capture the flight details at the time of booking to avoid this problem.

Great service. Just drop your car and go. On return car waiting for you and then straight home. Definetly use this service again.
