Leave the M11 at J8 from the North or J8a from the South. Follow the signs for London Stansted Airport to the Bassingbourn roundabout and take the second exit onto Thremhall Avenue. At Coopers End roundabout, take the third exit, following signs to the Short Stay Car Parks. Take the second entrance on the left, signposted M&G.
On arrival, pleaae drive through the sheltered inspection area where the cameras will record the condition of your car. Then pull into the allocated lane and unpack your car and drop your keys off with one of the team at the Meet & Greet reception. You can then take the two minute walk to the terminal.
Also, with this package, you and one other person will be able to access the fast lane through security. Security fast track is available between 4am and 8pm.
On your return, once you've collected your luggage please head back to the place where you dropped your car off and fetch your keys from either the lockers next to the reception office or the Meet and Greet office.
Your car will be stored at a secured car park, with CCTV, a fence and floodlights.
The car park indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.
This car park is ideal for disabled customers because no transfers are needed.
With this package, security fast track tickets for 2 adults are included in the price. Security fast track is available between 4am and 8pm.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.1m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
Please call the car park to let them know if you're going to be more than 30 minutes late, otherwise there might be a delay returning your car.
The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion; if you stay longer than this, you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £25 (subject to change).
Excellent way of parking. Drive into the meet and greet parking entry right outside the terminal building and your car is waiting for you on your return. Friendly and helpful staff make the whole experience so easy. On my latest trip I arrived back late on a freezing Sunday evening and made the mistake of locking my bags, coat wallet and phone in the boot with my car keys still in my coat! The staff and manager could not have been more helpful and supportive of my situation and worked with me to find the best solution (and would have waived any additional parking costs should I have had to leave the car there overnight). Brilliant customer service and highly recommended.

Arrival was fantastic, collection very poor.
We arrived home early on our flight and collected our luggage quick to be told to wait as our car was not on site. We waited 45 mins, with other customers, and after paying extra for the Meet and Greet plus the car was left in a totally different area. The vehicles are literally brought back to site about 10 minutes before your stated time and I was informed that no flight arrival times are ever checked, so please be warned.

In my experience everything was perfect till the last moment when I got back to my car I recognised the battery is ran flat and we had to wait for AA recovery to come.
It appeared that Meet and Greet parking do not have any jump lead to help me out.
I believe it is really essential for a huge parking company in Stansted airport to have a Portable battery jump starter inside the office for situations like that.
But very friendly staff and help came in 30 min

As always - first class - a little reluctant to advertise this fact because should you get too popular it my be difficult to book, particularly in the busy season. Your staff were exemplary on an earlier booking when I got stranded on a snowbound mountain.

Told my car was in the wrong place as well as my partner with my two babies heart broke crying their eyes out in the freezing cold getting pushed up and down because the woman told us the car was in the wrong place twice. Went back she said the car wasn’t even recognised and then someone else had to have a look and she told me it was completely somewhere else different number. I’m not happy what’s so ever. Would never do this service again. This was the second time this year using that service. I nearly passed out of from running as I didn’t have my asthma pump with me as I shouldn’t have had to be running up and down to the very end twice. And with my mum who can’t walk very far and sister who’s pregnant. This was much unnecessary stress caused to us all.
