From the M11 – Please follow directions below.
From the M11 Northbound leave at junction 8a following signs for A120 (E) Colchester. Keep Right where the road forks heading for Colchester A120. Keep in the left lane left and following signs for Stansted Airport and Terminal. At the next (Bassingbourne) Roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Express by Holiday Inn. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn. Drive to the end of the road (past McDonalds, BP and Holiday Inn Express). Maple Manor Parking is at the end of the road. Please pull in and park up by the blue cones.
From the M11 Southbound leave at junction 8. At the roundabout take the 1st exit signposted A120 Colchester / Airport. At the next roundabout (Priory Wood) take the 3rd exit signposted Colchester A120 and Express By Holiday Inn. Join the A120 but keep in the left lane following signs for Stansted Airport and Terminal. At the next Roundabout (Bassingbourne) take the 3rd exit towards Express by Holiday Inn. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn. Drive to the end of the road (past McDonalds, BP and Holiday Inn Express). Maple Manor Parking is at the end of the road. Please pull in and park up by the blue cones.
Drive into the car park where you'll be greeted by a member of the team. They will then conduct a photographic inspection of the car before you leave the keys with them and set off on the next leg of your journey.
If you are running more than 30 minutes early or late, please phone ahead to let Maple Parking know.
Please have your return procedure/receipt to hand as you'll need to show this to the bus driver and the staff member returning your car.
After clearing customs, please call the number on your confirmation to advise that you are ready for collection, head to the Express Set Down Pick Up area, Zone C in front of the Terminal Building. Look out for the 3 flag poles if you get lost!
The car park has 24 hour manned security, fencing, a gated entry, CRB checked staff and drivers. It has been awarded the Park Mark Award.
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
If you are returning early, please call Maple Manor as soon as you can to let them know. They must have 24 hrs notice (or as much notice as possible) so that they can make sure the vehicle is ready and you are not kept waiting on your return. Refunds cannot be given for part used bookings.
It was a breeze using their service, efficient and shuttle bus drivers were nice and patient.
Pick up and collection was smooth.
Price was reasonable.
Only thing is that my car was a bit dirty inside or had a smell when I came to collect it and car park place was muddy.

Easy to find, very close to the airport so transfer time was quick. Only negative was that our car was the only car that must have been parked under a tree as it was covered in bird poo. We noted that other cars that were being picked up at the same time looked clean. Use this facility but consider that you may get unlucky like us and would have to pay for exterior car wash.

Excellent. Car park is very close to airport, so the shuttle is only a few minutes. Friendly guy at reception. Pick-up and drop off all fine, with minimal wait

We booked hotel with parking from 4th to 8th December and followed all the instructions to the letter. However, we still ended up with a parking summons for each end of the journey. On our return we arrived back at the airport at 11pm but when we received the summons it showed that the car had been parked back at the hotel from lunchtime that day. Fortunately we had proof of our booking and our appeals were successful. However, it has all been very stressful and time consuming and has only just been resolved 3 months later. On a previous occasion all went smoothly but after this experience we will never use this facility again and will never recommend it to anyone.
