Stansted APH Park & Ride

Stansted APH Park & Ride is a 24-hour off-airport service located just over a mile from the terminal, with on-demand transfers taking around five minutes. Drive to the APH car park on Thremhall Avenue, park in one of the customer bays and leave your keys at reception. A minibus will then take you to the terminal, and the airport access fee is included in the price.

APH Park & Ride operates in partnership with I Love Park & Ride. The practical experience is therefore very similar to I Love: you leave your keys, use an on-demand transfer and your vehicle may be moved between secure parking facilities within the Stansted Airport boundary while you are away.

Important things to know

APH Park & Ride operates 24 hours a day and requires you to leave your keys. Your vehicle may be moved to another secure parking facility while you are away, but APH states that all parking facilities used are within the airport boundary. On arrival, park in one of the customer bays and check in at reception before taking the minibus. On your return, call the car park after collecting your luggage so the return transfer can be arranged. The airport access fee is included in the APH price.

Directions

From the M11:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the Mid-Stay car park. Drive to the Holiday Inn Express. The entry to the car park is immediately on the right-hand side - just before the entry to the hotel car park. Please enter the I Love Park & Ride car park.

Arrival procedure

On arrival to the car park, please park in the customer parking space on the right hand side of the car park. Then head to reception to present your keys and have your booking confirmed. You will then be transferred to the airport.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Return procedure

On your return, please call the number provided to request a transfer after you have cleared customs and collected your luggage. Then take the minibus back to the car park, collect your keys from reception and your car will be waiting and ready.

Security

The car park has 24 hour security including security fencing, gates, and lighting. It has been awarded the Park Mark award.

Additional information

This is an off airport parking and you will be required to leave your keys. Your car may be moved and stored in one of their Park Mark car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

No additional fees apply for this product to cover the cost of drop off and pick up from the terminal forecourt.

The car park will only accept vehicles that do not exceed 5m in length.
