Stansted Express Meet & Greet, previously known as Just Meet & Greet, is a terminal parking service where you hand your vehicle to a driver in the Red Short Stay car park and walk straight into the terminal. Call around 20 minutes before reaching Stansted to confirm your arrival time, then drive to the Red Zone Arrivals area of Short Stay. The driver meets you there, takes your keys and moves the vehicle to secure storage while you are away.
The service removes the need for a shuttle bus and historically provided a straightforward terminal handover option. The Airport Parking Shop page remains live and has 31 verified customer reviews, although Express Meet & Greet is not currently returning a live bookable price.

How does Express Meet & Greet compare with Stansted Long Stay?
Stansted Long Stay is an official self-parking product where you keep your keys and take a shuttle bus to the terminal. Express Meet & Greet requires you to leave your keys but avoids the transfer bus.
Choose Long Stay when you prefer to park the car yourself and keep your keys. A Meet & Greet service is more convenient when reducing the journey between the car and terminal matters more.
Important things to know
Call the number on your booking confirmation around 20 minutes before reaching Stansted. The published meeting point is Stansted Short Stay Car Park Red Zone Arrivals. Only leave your vehicle key with the driver; the original instructions specifically advise removing house keys and other keys from the keyring. On return, call after reclaiming all your luggage and follow the collection instructions given at drop-off. Express Meet & Greet was previously called Just Meet & Greet. Most importantly, the APS page currently shows no live availability, so the product should not be described as currently bookable unless it reappears in the search results.
Directions
Please call the car park 20 minutes prior to arrival to confirm you are on time on the number on your confirmation. At the agreed time, a driver, will meet you at Stansted Airport Short Stay Car Park Red Zone Arrivals. On your return please call the number on your confirmation after you have reclaimed all your luggage.

You will be given full instuctions on arrival.

Cars are stored in a secured area enclosed with security fencing and monitored by CCTV. The site is staffed 24 hours a day.

We have used meet and greet services a few times at various UK airports but this was the first time at Stansted airport. We love the meet and greet service it is such an easy and convenient way to start and end your holiday. No more lugging cases onto courtesy coaches, no more searching for parking spaces and getting all stressed up. Its simply brilliant and FHR Parking are the best we have experienced so far. Very efficient, waiting on both legs of our trip and highly informative and helpful. Definitely use them again.

Excellent service. The price for the 4 days we required was comparable with the Long Term parking but avoided the transfer shuttle from the long term car park to the terminal. It was extremely convenient, and worked well. The only minor disappointment was that on enquiring about the valet service which we were interested in they did not phone back to us with details which they had indicated they would. On the whole though very good.
