Directions
Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound. At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue. You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue. Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn. At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn. Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Manor Parking Park and Ride's Car Park.

Arrival procedure
Please drive to the car park where you will be welcomed by one of the staff.
If you are running more than 30 minutes early or late please call to let them know; otherwise just turn up. Please allow sufficient time for our driver to complete their check-in procedure and conduct the necessary photographic vehicle inspection on your arrival. This usually takes 3-4 minutes. Also allow time for your transfer which takes 5 minutes and runs every twenty minutes.

Return procedure
As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs, please call the car park on 01279 210 590 and follow the directions below.
Please make your way out to the Express Set Down Pick Up area. Your bus will meet you in zone C by the three flag poles. You will need to show this receipt to the bus driver.
If you are returning ahead of schedule, they must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be delivered upon your return. Be sure to look out for your vehicle and have your return instructions copy to hand. The driver will need to see your return instructions paperwork to confirm your identity. You will be brought back to your car ready for you to drive straight home.
Security
The car park has 24 hour manned security, fencing, a gated entry and CRB checked staff and drivers. This is a Park Mark awarded car park.
Additional information
If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £10 per day or part day after your booked return date.
All went well except that there was no shelter where we had to wait for a bus to return us to the car park from the airport and we had to wait in the rain.

Upon arriving at Maple Manor parking at 5am we were shown where to park and then report to the site office. After registering the car we then waited for the transfer bus which turned out to be a six seater van. We had a long wait before it arrived despite the fact that it is only supposed to take three minutes to get to the airport. There were far too many passengers waiting and some of those had already been waiting a long time which meant that we were unable to get on. When the van eventually returned we were able to board just as the second van was brought into service. The time now was 6am and we had lost an hour which meant that we only just made the flight. Getting to the airport later meant that the queues for security had swollen which meant a further delay. Next time we will leave the car at home and take a taxicab.

I’m sorry to say, I did not use the car park due to the corona virus. My flight got cancelled and so did the parking. I had a phone call from York and spoke to a employee from Airport parking. He assured me that I’ll receive a voucher and a confirmation email. Neither of which have materialised. David Jones
