Stansted APH Meet & Greet is a 24-hour terminal forecourt service operated by I Love Meet & Greet on behalf of APH. Follow signs for Express Set Down, drive to Zone C, hand your keys to the uniformed driver and walk around two minutes to the terminal. Your vehicle is then moved to a secure parking compound while you are away.

Because the service is operated by I Love Meet & Greet, the practical experience is very similar to I Love’s own forecourt product. The main differences are therefore likely to be the booking company, final price, cancellation terms and how airport-access charges are presented.

Important things to know

APH Meet & Greet uses Zone C of Express Set Down. Follow the airport signs for Express Set Down and call the operator if your arrival time changes at short notice. You must leave your keys because I Love Meet & Greet will move the vehicle to secure storage. The advertised APH price includes the airport’s outbound access fee, but a further £10 fee is currently payable on return. The airport forecourt allows only a limited time before additional charges increase, so follow the arrival and return instructions on your booking confirmation carefully. APH describes the service as suitable for passengers requiring additional assistance because of the minimal walking distance to the terminal.

Arrival procedure

Please call 01279 215194 when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Follow signs to terminal and short stay car parking & head for the orange short stay car park. Take a ticket and follow road round to the orange bollards, pull in on the left and park, your driver will meet you there. Please hand your ticket to the driver any problems call 07972 541638.

Return procedure

On return once you have collected luggage and cleared customs call 01279 215194 to have your car delivered back to the orange short stay car park outside the terminal, which has a 10 minute free period. It is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you will be liable for any excess car park fees. Emergency number: 07972 541638.

Compound holds the Park Mark Award and has 24hr security, CCTV, barrier entry and exit and is fully lit.
