I elected to pay extra to choose this provider due to the 'secure' parking and chives excellent service from them. The attendance both outbound and returning was extremely prompt, and the customer service from the staff was very good. I will definitely use this service again.

A really good service. Staff were there to meet us on arrival and on return when we landed early the car was there within 10 minutes. The service delivers exactly what is expected and I would use it again

Meet and Greet makes an enormous difference to travelling with young children and Aardvaark provide an excellent service. Highly recommended.

Simply excellent.efficient, timely. ( which makes a difference from the usual meet and greet wait 30 minutes routine), and sent pre departure and pre return texts which were useful prompts

I was disappointed with the pick up at Stansted previous pick up had been right outside arrivals and had to wait no time. I had to wait 20 mins and call 3 times to chase the cars whereabouts then had to walk across busy car park/pick up area to get to car. Not what I needed after a long flight and it being early morning!

We used this service recently at Stansted and the service was faultless. We left the car on departure with no problems and they were waiting for us when we returned. No issues at all and highly recommended.

Have used this service on a few occasions now and not been disappointed once as it is so reliable, prompt and convenient which helps when you hate flying as it lowers your stress levels

This was a very good experience, it was easy to drop off right in front of the Airport where the hand over was dealt with very smoothly and efficiently.
On my return, following my call to say I had arrived, I had only to wait a minute or two at the pick-up point for my car to arrive and I was on my way.
I could find no fault with the service and will use it again.

Brilliant service. Telephoned ahead of arrival and attendant already waiting as we drove upto the departure drop off. Very friendly and courteous and made sure we had all our baggage before driving away.Same when we returned and cleared Customs.Easy instructions given as to collection point and car arrived at same time as we did. No hassle and such an easy way to arrive and leave the airport. Will definitely use this service again.

this was one of the worst experiences I have had
on returning from Sardinia we tried as instructed to phone to arrange delivery of our car - the number was constantly engaged
eventually we had to go outside and find somebody from the company
1 hour later our car was delivered - WHAT IS THE POINT OF MEET AND GREET _ I WOULD HAVE BEEN AT THE LONG TERM CAR PARK QUICKER
we were told by staff that the situation was chaotic and they had received numerous complaints

On the day of departure we arrived VERY early and therefore had to wait a little while, but the Aardvark rep was courteous and friendly. All return details were explained and we departed Stansted feeling confident.
On the day of arrival at Stansted, I followed the instructions to the letter, i.e. telephoned the office to advise arrival after collection of our luggage. Unfortunately, we were left waiting in the cold for 20-25 minutes for delivery of the car, which defeats the object of booking a meet and greet service. I understand penalties are charged if cars are left in the pick-up area, but it was too long to wait.

would use aardvark parking again we were took almost immediately to airport after parking up and our albanian pick up driver upon our return was waiting for us when we got back.he was very helpful with our bags, friendly and even de iced my car when we got back to where the car was parked.

Booking procedure was excellent, as was the pick up at Stanstead. The only criticism was that we were left waiting 20 mins in the cold for our car to be dropped back on arrival.
