Luton Purple Parking Meet and Greet

Directions

Exit the M1 at junction 10 and at the large motorway roundabout, follow signs for Luton Airport.
Once you have passed through the traffic lights get into the left-hand lane for Luton Airport. At the next roundabout take the third exit keeping on Airport Way. Keep following the signs for Terminal Car Park 1 - you'll see Terminal Car Park 2 first, but carry on until you get to Car Park 1.
At Terminal Car Park 1, take a ticket from the barrier and drive up to level 3, where you will be met by a member of staff.

Arrival procedure

Around 20 minutes before you arrive call Purple Parking on 01582 825700. Once you're on level 3 of the car park you'll find allocated parking bays marked "Meet and Greet". Your driver will be wearing a Purple Parking hi-vis jacket and carrying ID. They'll take your ticket and keys and photograph your car before moving it to their secured car park.
From the car park it's a 5-minute walk to the terminal.

Return procedure

Once you have collected all your luggage, give Purple Parking a call on 01582 825700. Make sure you let them know of any delays.
Walk to the airport exit and follow signs for Terminal Car Park 1. Your car will be delivered to the pick-up point/meet and greet area where you dropped it off. The driver will give you a ticket to exit the car park. Make sure you're at the car park no longer than 10 minutes after your call, otherwise you may need to pay to exit the car park.

The car park where your car is secured is a Park Mark awarded car park and so must have a high level of security measure in place including:
