Very easy experience both check in & collecting the car. Met at airport by bus & very helpful driver
Absolutely no problems finding the car park. Extremely helpful staff & bus driver transferring us to the airport. However on return we left the terminal & pushed our luggage all the way to the pick up stance only then after 5 minutes did a woman in a hi viz jacket come up to tell us that due to road works the buses were leaving from the terminal car park so we had to walk all the way back the way we had come, then walk to the far end of the car park. The time 22.45. Could not understand why the woman was not standing outside the terminal exit blocking everybody from going up the pathway to the bus stances. The driver was most apologetic & was angry that nobody seemed to be advising passengers of the change of plans. Very poor action by Glasgow Airport
Car park is easy to get to. Directions are accurate and easy to follow . Staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. Buses are clean and run very regularly .
We use skyport every time we go away. Slick, professional and relaxed service from check in to friendly and helpful drivers at drop off and pick up. We wouldn’t book anywhere else - 11/10. Well done.
