Transfers from airport
The transfer bus operate from 5am every 5-10 minutes and takes approximately 4 minutes.
Directions
Exeter Airport is off the A30 1 mile eastbound from M5 junction 29. Take the B3184 junction off the A30 (1st junction eastbound). On the roundabout follow signs for Exeter Airport and travel 1 mile on the B3184. At the junction for the airport (just after the pedestrian crossing) turn left for P4 (orange). After 50 metres take the right fork and follow the P4 directional signs to the car park (750 metres).
Arrival procedure
Please check your booking confirmation for details.
At the entry barrier, your vehicle registration number will be recognised. A ticket will be printed showing your registration number and booking reference. The barrier will then open (if you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance). Park your vehicle and make a note of the zone that you have parked in. Do not leave the ticket in the car.
Return procedure
Please check your booking confirmation for details.
On exit, insert your entry ticket into the machine at the barrier. Your number plate will be read and the barrier will lift automatically as long as you are still within your pre booked period. (If you have overstayed this period you can pay the balance by credit or debit card at the exit. (If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance).
If for some reason your parking ticket does not have a booking reference printed on it. Please go to the customer services office located in car park 2 prior to returning to your vehicle.
Security
The car park is floodlit, has CCTV and regular security patrols.
Insurance
The car parks accept responsibility for damage proved to be caused by their own negligence and are insured accordingly, but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of a third party. Full details are available with the car park on request.
Disabled Facilities
Please drive to the short-term car park (located opposite the airport terminal and free for the first 15 minutes) to drop off/collect disabled passengers, as the transfer buses may not be accessible for wheelchairs.
Additional information
No motor homes, lorries, trailers or caravans are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.
If you need any extra days' parking, you can pay at the machine in the arrivals hall or in car park 1. The APCOA customer service office is in car park 2.

When I bought it it said 2/3 minutes shuttle to terminal. There was no shuttle it had been discontinued the rain was torrential the entire flight was ruined because I was so wet. I will no doubt have to walk back to my car when the plane touches down ar Exeter this afternoon something else I'm not looking forward to I feel cheated.
I will be writing for compensation.

Didn't expect that there wouldnt be any shuttle buses from the car park. It was a fair walk with suitcases and a knee injury . Fortunate weather on both days was good. Would be a Miserable experience walking that distance otherwise .
Was easy to enter car park and exit .

All good. Found it easily, no problem with access or finding nearby space. Only short walk to airport for departures. Returning at 11.15 at night I suddenly realised it would be dark, and I was unsure of access to path etc, but a very welcome sight was shuttle bus with helpful driver right outside the terminal building which instantly took me ( and it was just me, and no waiting) to my car! Straight out of the barrier within a few minutes of landing really.

Parking up was easy with plenty of spaces available. The weather was fine, so choose the short walk to the terminal building instead of the free shuttle bus. It took just over 5 mins.
On return it was raining and a bit cold so we took the option of the shuttle bus. The driver was very friendly. Once at the car park we found out that we stupidly left the lights on, so had a flat battery! There was nobody else around so couldn’t get a jump start.
When the shuttle bus came around again, we told the driver our problem and she immediately shot off to get the starter pack.
5 mins later after 1 turn of the key we were on our way.

Nice and easy to park with plenty of space.My rating would have been better if I had known that there was another car park nearer to the terminal. A bigger sign to say about keeping the ticket that is issued at the gate would have been useful however this was misicated by a very polite operator on the phone who dealt with an elderly motorist in front of me and myself when we couldn't find our tickets perhaps it's an age thing.The price was reasonable when taking any opposition into account which appears to be a closed shop.

Exeter on Airport parking Long stay car park 4 was very convenient, good value for money. We had no problem finding a space and didn't have to wait for the transfer bus either on arrival or on our return. It was all very quick and hassle free.
