Exeter Flyparks Park and Fly

The drop off point is located 120 metres from the terminal at Fair Oak House which is within walking distance from the airport.

Directions

Leave the M5 and follow signs for Exeter airport. Proceed along the B3184 airport approach road. Flyparks is located 100m beyond the traffic lights. You will pass Enterprise Rent A car on the right. There is a Flyparks Exeter Drop Off Point sign at the entrance.

Arrival procedure

When you're 20 minutes away from Exeter airport, please give Flyparks a call on 07912 944 527 to let them know you're on your way (please don't call the landline number unless it's an emergency).

On arrival, please proceed through the automatic barrier. Flyparks will provide a car park attendant 2 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time. If you do arrive before this, please follow the signs.

Park in the drop-off area and make your way to reception where you'll check in your car and hand over your keys. Please leave your booking confirmation with your mobile number in your car and make sure this has your booking reference, return flight details and return date. Then proceed to the airport using the pedestrian crossing via the bottom of the RHS car park. It's approx. 1-minute walk to check-in.

Return procedure

On your return, once you have collected your luggage please make your way back to where you dropped your vehicle off remembering to use the pedestrian crossing and entering the bottom of the car park. Then make your way to the white cabin adjacent to the house where your keys can be collected. You can collect your keys from the car park attendant or security box.

Security

Your car will be parked in the Flyparks secured compound for the duration of your trip. It is protected by security fencing, CCTV cameras and is manned 24 hours a day.

Storage is at the owners risk subject to our printed Terms & Conditions.

Disabled facilities

The car park is not suitable for passengers with reduced mobility.

As the drop off point is located 120 metres from the terminal, if you have passengers with restricted mobility, you can drop them off at car park No1 before leaving your vehicle at Flyparks drop off point.

Additional information

You will be required to leave your keys.

If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.

If you're returning earlier than planned, please know that you'll need to give Flyparks 24 hours notice to avoid additional charges. This will need to be done during their business hours, which are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If you do not provide Flyparks with 24 hours notice and return within their business hours, you will be charged a £25 callout fee. If you return outside of the business hours, you will be charged a £50 callout fee.

Most standard cars (not long wheel-based/without trailers/not commercial vehicles or vans) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Please bring your booking confirmation with you. It is also essential that you provide a mobile contact telephone number prior to leaving your vehicle.

Minimum stays/charges may apply at this car park at certain times of the year.

If your car is a hybrid or electric vehicle and requires any kind of special instructions beyond that of a conventional petrol or diesel, please make the car park aware in advance.

Please note Flyparks may occasionally place your key in a security box next to the house at the drop-off point and if so, they will provide a pin code for the security box via text.

Flyparks Park & Fly + Deluxe Wash

There is an additional charge for this service.

This package includes a Deluxe Car Wash: power rinse, exterior wash n wax, wheels cleaned, tyres dressed, chamois dry bodywork exterior glass and door sills, vacuum interior, dust dashboard and clean glass inside and out.
