Good value, easy to use and efficient shuttle service. But, when we tried to leave, the machine said we had to pay extra. A call to the help line released us without extra payment, but this is the second time this has happened. Either there is something wrong with the system which is therefore overdue for an overhaul, or Purple Parking are deliberately doing this, in the hope that some people will pay extra erroneously!!! The car park was secure and the bus facility was excellent. The registration plate recognition was useless and I had to use the assistance button but apart from that, it was a good service. July 16, 2015
On site, easy to find, excellent shuttle bus service. Easy to book and reasonable prices.
On return our car battery was flat and 2 friendly employees from Jetparks came and jump started our car free of charge at midnight - Excellent customer service ....very impressed. Thank you. July 14, 2015
