1st time we've parked at East Midlands airport. Very smooth trip
The car park was secure and the bus facility was excellent. The registration plate recognition was useless and I had to use the assistance button but apart from that, it was a good service.
On site, easy to find, excellent shuttle bus service. Easy to book and reasonable prices. On return our car battery was flat and 2 friendly employees from Jetparks came and jump started our car free of charge at midnight - Excellent customer service ....very impressed. Thank you.
A breeze. Arrive wait at barrier, a bit of m,agriculture the barrier rise and park up. Same for leaving no issues at all. Bus transfer good a 5 minute wait.

Nice and easy to use app, and on arrival at the airport everything went very smoothly.
Easy to find bus to airport runs regularly. Coming back from the arrivals, could not find a sign where to catch bus. Would be nice to print the return instructions on the receipt.
Easy to book - easy to find - bus drivers were very friendly and helpful - would use again- thanks
Knowing where the bus was picking us up from could have been better
Good price. Good service.
Good value, easy to use and efficient shuttle service. But, when we tried to leave, the machine said we had to pay extra. A call to the help line released us without extra payment, but this is the second time this has happened. Either there is something wrong with the system which is therefore overdue for an overhaul, or Purple Parking are deliberately doing this, in the hope that some people will pay extra erroneously!!!
