Excellent service car waiting for us saved a lot of time so we were home much earlier
Excellent service, would recommend it to anyone.
All good
No problems - left car at car park, took bus to airport. Car was delivered to train station near Birmingham when we landed. All went very smoothly.

Fantastic service, no waiting, location of drop off and pick up is excellent. Will definitely use this service again.
Poor site identification and misleading marketing - this meet and greet is NOT at Birmingham Airport - I had to pay for an alternative provider on the day as I was tight for time. To date I've received no follow up from APH. I would not recommend this service.
Ruined the start of our holiday as nearly missed flight! How can the meeting point be anywhere other than at the airport. They have their meeting point at the railway station which is connected by the monorail. What a con! Driver arrived 40 minutes after the agreed time. They said we needed to phone to confirm we had arrived. Why, we had an agreed meeting time at that was final. They did however bring the car to the airport to meet us as the monorail was closed 0200-0500. Overall, NEVER AGAIN with APH Meet & Greet.
This was a smooth professional service - which I'll be using again. Well worth the money!
Convenient, well organised and very affordable.
Great Service
