Excellent service car waiting for us saved a lot of time so we were home much earlier

No problems - left car at car park, took bus to airport. Car was delivered to train station near Birmingham when we landed. All went very smoothly.

Poor site identification and misleading marketing - this meet and greet is NOT at Birmingham Airport - I had to pay for an alternative provider on the day as I was tight for time. To date I've received no follow up from APH. I would not recommend this service.

Ruined the start of our holiday as nearly missed flight!
How can the meeting point be anywhere other than at the airport. They have their meeting point at the railway station which is connected by the monorail. What a con! Driver arrived 40 minutes after the agreed time. They said we needed to phone to confirm we had arrived. Why, we had an agreed meeting time at that was final. They did however bring the car to the airport to meet us as the monorail was closed 0200-0500. Overall, NEVER AGAIN with APH Meet & Greet.

Great service but beware if you arrive on an early flight back,the shuttle train does not start until 5-15 am

We were disappointed that before booking, there was nothing saying that we were going to be met at Birmingham Train station and had to take the monorail into the airport.
We rang the car park as instructed when we were 20 mins away from the airport, yet still they kept us waiting approx 15 mins before they arrived. Had to ring them again whilst parked in a bus lane to ask where they were. THOUGHT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO MEET US WHEN WE ARRIVED!!
Return journey better as we made sure we rang them before we collected our luggage.
Didn't feel we benefitted fro Meet & Greet in comparison tom other companies we have used for this service.

We used the Meet and Greet service Sept '12 and found it much easier to leave the car at the station and get the monorail into the airport. Sadly the flight was delayed coming back (monorail closed) but the car was delivered to the front car park instead without any problems. Thanks will use you again.

Great service, friendly staff, just had to wait a while for the car to be taken and waited when we arrived back for 15 minutes.

Really pleased - we rang them 20 minutes or so before we arrived, they told us where to go, good directions. When we got there a very friendly guy was waiting, he checked the car for existing damage, and gave us a sheet with all the details on including the mileage. Off he went, and off we went on holiday. It was the same in reverse, even at 1am, they had the car ready and waiting; they had even jump started it as the alarm had flattened the battery. We have only praise for this service.

Arrival was OK, only had to wait 10 minutes or so, late morning in the sunshine, to hand the car over. Return meet at 01.00 am was very poor. From initial call to the arrival of the car was 33 minutes. We were waiting,as directed, at the 'entrance to the carpark' for 30 minutes as we came straight through the airport (only had carry on luggage which APH were informed about). There was confusion regarding the 'meet' area, the International Station or Airport Car Park because of the time of our arrival. We had to make 2 more phone calls before the car arrived. On this occasiohn there were 2 passengers but usually I travel alone and would not have wanted to go through this unnecessary wait on my own. I will not use this service again.

Our Meet and Greet was brilliant. An easy drive to Birmingham International Station. Met by a driver who whizzed away with the car, jumped on the monorail into the airport and it was just smooth and easy. The same on the way back, and we were on the motorway heading home within 15 mins of getting our baggage.

I had never used 'meet and greet' before, so have no experience of a similar service for a comparison. However we were delighted with the service that we received: the directions were clear, the service was
prompt, and the drivers were pleasant and reassuring - especially the one who met us on the outward journey, who took care to look at and note the condition of the bodywork. I was rather embarrassed at leaving him with a car whose inside was not as clean and tidy as I would have wished - it was very clear that we had just taken a large load of garden waste to be composted and had not had time to clean the inside afterwards. He didn't seem to notice, which was nice of him because WE noticed! Coming back late (around midnight) it was brilliant to be able to pick the car up immediately and just drive home.

We would like to thank you for the service you gave us regarding the meet a greet parking arrangements
and found them to be satisfactory. We as a family of 8 adults and 3 small children found it to be so easy from the Birmingham Airport Drop Off Zone to the Departure Department. The staff where so help-full and also on our return journey found it once again to be satisfactory. We will be using your company again in the future and recommend your company to others travelling abroad.

wouldnt use this service again !!!! followed internet instructions that took meet straight to aph carpark that was all good apart from i had paid for a meet and greet!!! the aph lady told me to complain when i get back from my holiday. the company didnt want to know!!! on a plus side my car was waiting for me when i got back but the service before and the after service is not good!!!! i would use this service again and i didnt get my money back!!! my advice would be dont use A P H
