On my return found my battery flat....lady bus driver let me stay in her warm bus and looked up as tel number for me, she then said that the airport have a service for this occasion, so help was called, very nice man then appeared with a handheld charger and got my car started first time, so grateful, a pensioner on my own in a dark car park worrying about how do I get this sorted....was sorted in no time so no worry about going over my booked time. Thanks again lovely service.
My car I discovered on return to car park had a flat battery! The lovely lady transfer bus looked up as tel number for me and then said we have a free service from airport that will come out and jump start the car, so after sheltering in her nice warm coach a man appeared the proceeded to help stop me panic about time 8car park running out and would I be fined to say don't worry they have records to show it's a genuine emergency hold up....he got the car started, I was still inside my time window and this is one pensioner who was thankful for helpful friendly staff. Now home thank you all again.
Used twice, never a problem
Very good facility. Everything went well. Only slight problem was that the bus between airport and long-stay was a bit small. This meant we had to wait in the rain for it to make a journey back and forth before we could get to our car. Otherwise all good.

When we tried to exit the car park the barrier wouldn’t open and the machine said I owed £96, I then went to the kiosk and phoned a number provided and asked if the gate could be opened, fortunately I still had the booking details on my phone which allowed the gate to be opened.
Very good service and when we called to be collected from airport the bus came promptly. Will definitely use again.

The car park and bus pick ups were fine apart from the ever present seagull mess left all over my vehicle. Disappointing for me was no one picked up on the email I sent the evening before I dropped car off advising that I had made a mistake on original order and due to time difference coming home I required to extend stay by one day. When I came to check out I had to pay full day rate for that extra day and evendentily no email from me was found (although I can't update show copy inmy sent email box). Not that lot in it I guess but would have been could to get a marginal break on price considering thecarsitying there for 12 day!
Disappointed that on trying to exit the car park a charge of £186 was being made,even though the car parking time still had 4 hours left.Also the bus back to the car park doesn't wait for passengers.
Easy to book. Easy to find. Easy to park my vehicle. Clean and frequent bus to airport. Easy drop off. Quick respond to request to be picked its bus after a delayed flight. Extremely helpful when on leaving the safety barrier stayed down. Turned out I missed typed a digit of my cars license plate. Very politely and very quickly the issue was resolved with one phone call. Value for money. Will use it again.
